How can I track my order?
You can check the status of your package once it’s in transit. Using the link provided via email, you can sign up for text notifications for delivery updates. You can select alerts when your order ships, when it’s expected to arrive and when it is finally delivered.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed on Kohls.com, there is only a very small window of time when we are able to cancel an order. Typically an order can only be canceled within approximately 15 minutes from the time it was placed.
Will I get an order confirmation email?
You should receive your Order Confirmation Email shortly after your order has been placed on Kohls.com.
