Sweepstakes open to Kohl's Bridal Aisle™ registry customers 18
years of age or older (at the time of entry) who have set-up a bridal
registry at Kohl's Department Stores, either in-store or online at www.kohls.com,
and whose Kohl's Bridal Aisle registry does not include any cookware
or cutlery items, as of September 15, 2003. The Sweepstakes Period begins
at 12:00:00 a.m. EDT on September 16, 2003 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m.
EDT on October 16, 2003. The following persons are not eligible to participate:
employees of Calphalon, Kohl's, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries,
affiliates, related companies, sales representatives, advertising and
promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouses, parents,
grandparents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) or household
members of each. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide
by these Official Rules.
TO ENTER: Eligible individuals may enter the Sweepstakes by adding
one (1) or more Calphalon item(s) to their Kohl's Bridal Aisle registry
during the Sweepstakes Period. Or, to enter Sweepstakes without adding
Calphalon items to a Kohl's Bridal Aisle registry, hand print your name,
complete address, and daytime phone number on an approximate 3"
x 5" card or piece of paper and mail entry in a hand-addressed
envelope to "Kohl's/Calphalon Bridal Sweeps," P.O. Box 902,
Bayonne, New Jersey 07002. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately,
postmarked by October 16, 2003, and received by October 22, 2003. All
entries become the property of Kohl's and will not be returned or acknowledged.
Limit one entry per bride/groom regardless of entry method.
PRIZES: (2) Grand Prize winners will receive all of the Calphalon
items included on their Kohl's Bridal Aisle registry, as of the end
of the Sweepstakes Period, up to a maximum value of $750. Approximate
retail value of all prizes: $1500.
DRAWING: A random drawing for (2) Grand Prize winners will be
conducted on or about November 4, 2003 from among all eligible entries
received. Drawing will be conducted by an independent judging organization
whose decisions are final and binding on all Sweepstakes matters. Odds
of winning depend upon total number of eligible entries received. Winners
will be notified via certified mail on or about November 10, 2003.
PRIZE ACCEPTANCE: Prizes are not transferable or assignable.
No cash value for prizes. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or
greater value if the original prize is not available. All taxes, including
federal, state and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of winners.
Each winner will be issued an IRS 1099 tax form (winners are advised
to seek independent counsel regarding prize winnings). Winners will
be required to sign and return Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability
and Publicity (where permitted) and provide Social Security number within
seven (7) days of notification, or prize may be forfeited and awarded
to an alternate winner. By accepting the prize, winners grant Calphalon,
Kohl's and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies
and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents
(the "Sweepstakes Parties"), the right to use and publish
winner's proper name, state of residence and likeness for advertising
and promotional purposes online and in print, or in any other media
worldwide in connection with the Sweepstakes without limitation and
without additional compensation worldwide, except where prohibited by
law.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor and its agents are not responsible
for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, postage-due
or mutilated entries by mail. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is
not capable of being conducted as planned, including but not limited
to infection by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention,
fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor,
Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate,
modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. By accepting the prize, winners agree
to release the Sweepstakes Parties from any and all liability, loss
or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with winners'
participation in this Sweepstakes, or with respect to the awarding,
receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize, or prize-related
activities. By accepting prize, winners further acknowledge that the
Sweepstakes Parties have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible
or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or
implied in fact or in law, relative to prize or to any portion thereof,
including but not limited to its quality, merchantability, mechanical
condition, or fitness for a particular purpose.

December 10, 2003, send a self-addressed stamped envelope, to be received
no later than November 10, 2003, to "Kohl's/Calphalon Bridal Sweeps
