The following promotion is intended for viewing in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law.  Do not proceed in this portion of the site if you are not a legal resident of, and located in, the 50 United States or the District of Columbia at the time of entry.

KOHL'S A MONTH OF MOM SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN, NOR WILL A PURCHASE IMPROVE ONE’S CHANCES OF WINNING.  OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. VOID OUTSIDE THE 50 UNITED STATES, AND WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility/Entries: The Kohl's A Month of Mom Sweepstakes is open to persons who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. Employees of Kohl’s Department Stores, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), its subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of each of their immediate families (spouses, parents, grandparents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.  Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM ET on April 10, 2007 and ends online at 11:59:59 PM ET on May 13, 2007 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

To enter, go to http://www.kohls.com during the Sweepstakes period and click on the Kohl’s Mother’s Day Sweepstakes link and complete the registration form by entering your name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, e-mail address, and daytime phone number.  In order for the electronic entry to be valid, entrants must click on the “enter” button on the Website.   Entrants must provide a valid e-mail address to enter online. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry.  “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.  Proof of being the authorized account holder may be required.  Online entries must be submitted by 11:59:59 PM ET on May 13, 2007. Limit one online entry per valid e-mail address per day.

2. Random Drawings: Each day of the Sweepstakes period beginning April 11, 2007 and continuing through May 14, 2007, a daily drawing for prizes from among all eligible entries received during the previous day (entries received from 12:01 AM through 11:59 PM ET will be registered for the daily drawing) will be awarded as follows:  (2) Beauty Prize Packs, (2) Fragrance Prize Packs, (2) Journey Necklaces, (2) Digital Frames, (2) KitchenAid® Cookware Sets, and (5) $50 Kohl’s Gift Cards. A drawing for Ten (10) Grand Prizes will take place on or about May 25, 2007. Five (5) Grand Prize Winners of a $500 Kohl’s shopping spree will be drawn from the pool of the daily winners that were selected during the sweepstakes period. Five (5) Grand Prize Winners of a $500 Kohl’s shopping spree will be drawn from all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period.  The drawings will be conducted by Promotions Etc., the judges of this Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by mail.

3. Prizes/Odds: Daily Prizes: (2) Beauty Prize Packs  (ARV. $100 ea.); (2) Fragrance Prize Packs  (ARV. $100 ea.); (2) Journey Necklaces  (ARV. $375 ea.); (2) Digital Frames  (ARV. $230 ea.); (2) KitchenAid® Cookware Sets (ARV. $200 ea.); (5) Kohl’s $50 Gift Cards (ARV. $50 ea.); GRAND PRIZES: (10) $500 Kohl’s shopping sprees (ARV. $500 ea.). Total retail value of all prizes $73,940.  Odds of winning depend upon the total number of entries received. Prizes displayed on promotional materials are not necessarily the exact prizes being offered.

4. Limitations of Liability: Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions, delays or human errors that occur in the processing, transmission or receipt of entries, or for inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, lost or delayed by computer transmissions or any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrants’ computers, hardware and/or software, which may be caused directly, or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrants’ participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, redemption or use of any prize. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be violating these Official Rules or suspected of attempting to disrupt or defraud the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, and Sponsor may prosecute or seek other legal redress against anyone suspected of engaging in these acts.

5. Prize Acceptance: Prizes are not transferable or assignable. No substitution or cash redemption allowed except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prizes become unavailable. All taxes, including federal, state and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of winners. By accepting prizes, winners consent to use of name, state of residence and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes online and in print, or in any other media worldwide in connection with the Sweepstakes, without limitation and without additional compensation worldwide, except where prohibited by law. By accepting prizes, winners further agree to release Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, including but not limited to Promotions Etc. (the “Sweepstakes Parties”), from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with winners’ participation in this Sweepstakes, or with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize.

6. Entrant’s Personal Information: Information collected from entrants online is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy. In addition to any prize notifications, Sponsor may use an online entrant’s name, address, e-mail address for future promotional and marketing purposes in accordance with its privacy policy.

7. Official Rules: To request a copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope by May 13, 2007 to Kohl’s A Month of Mom Sweepstakes Rules; P.O. Box 902; Bayonne, New Jersey 07002. Vermont and Washington residents may omit return postage.

8. Winners List: For the names of the Sweepstakes' winners, available after June 1, 2007, send a self-addressed stamped envelope (to be received by May 14, 2007) to: Kohl’s A Month of Mom Sweepstakes Winners;  P.O. Box 902;  Bayonne, New Jersey 07002.
