Bridal Aisle Sweepstakes Rules

Eligibility/Entries: The Kohl's Honeymoon Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to persons who are engaged, at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States except the District of Columbia. The following persons are not eligible to participate: employees of Bridal Guide, RFP LLC, Kohl's Department Stores, Inc., KitchenAid, Almond Beach Resorts (collectively, the "Sponsors") or any of their subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, members of each of their immediate families (spouses, parents, grandparents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each. Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM ET on September 15, 2005, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on March 3, 2006. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules.

To enter, entrants may (i) stop by a participating Kohl's Department Store, visit the Gift Registry kiosk between September 15, 2005 and March 3, 2006, and create a bridal gift registry that includes at least one (1) KitchenAid appliance, (ii) go to http://www.kohls.com, click on the "Bridal Registry" link, and create a gift registry that includes at least one (1) KitchenAid appliance. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by Sponsors via telephone, e-mail and/or postal mail.

Each entry submitted through a Kohl's Gift Registry kiosk or the "Bridal Registry" link on Kohl's website must be received between the dates of September 15, 2005 and March 3, 2006, inclusive. Limit one entry per valid e-mail address. All entries become the property of Sponsors, and will not be returned or acknowledged. Limit one entry per eligible couple.

Drawing: One (1) Grand Prize winner and one (1) First Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received, on or about March 20, 2006. Drawing will be conducted by The Contest Factory, the judges of this Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Limit one prize per family or household. Winners will be notified by certified or overnight mail on or about March 21, 2006. Return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected from remaining eligible entries.

Grand Prize (1):	Eight (8) day/seven (7) night trip for two (2) to one of the all-inclusive Almond Beach Resorts in Barbados. Package includes roundtrip coach airfare to/from airport nearest to winner's home and destination on airline of Sponsors' choice, accommodations, meals, beverages and all standard amenities in Almond Resorts' all-inclusive package, including hotel taxes, gratuities and service charges. Actual prize value will depend on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. Winner and Guest must fill out and return an Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability/Publicity Release before travel. Winner is responsible for any taxes, meals and other expenses not included as part of prize package. Winner must confirm travel dates no later than 30 days prior to departure to ensure most favorable rates for air travel or winner will be responsible for any fare increases as a result of delayed booking. Sponsors are not responsible for fare increases within 30 days prior to departure. Trip must be completed by July 20, 2007, or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Winner and guest will be responsible for all necessary travel documents. Accommodations and travel dates are based on availability at the time of the booking. Blackout dates include but are not limited to 12/20/06 thru 04/15/07(Approximate Retail Value "ARV": $6,350).
First Prize (1):	KitchenAid Countertop Collection, including a stand mixer, food processor, blender, toaster, hand mixer and coffee maker (ARV: $1,000).
Total Approximate Retail Value of all Prizes:	$7,350.

Prize Acceptance: Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable. Prize is not transferable, or assignable, has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash. No prize substitutions, except as provided herein. All taxes, including federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners, who may be issued an IRS 1099 tax form (winners are advised to seek independent counsel regarding prize winnings). Winners and travel companions must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and provide Social Security number, except where prohibited. Releases must be returned within fourteen (14) days of notification, or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. By accepting prize, winners grant Sponsors, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, and advertising and promotional agencies ("Sponsors and their agents") the right to use and publish winners' proper name, state of residence and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes online and in print, or in any other media worldwide in connection with the Sweepstakes, without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited. By accepting prize, winners agree to release Sponsors and their agents, and each of their respective officers, employees, and directors, from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize, or the participation in the Sweepstakes or in prize-related activities, including all risks of travel. By accepting prize, winners further acknowledge that Sponsors and their agents have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied in fact or in law, relative to a prize or to any portion thereof, including but not limited to its quality, merchantability, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitations of Liability: Sponsors and their agents are not responsible for (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions, delays or human errors that occur in the processing, transmission or receipt of entries, or for inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, lost or delayed by computer transmissions; or (3) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrants' computers, hardware and/or software, which may be caused directly, or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrants' participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, redemption or use of any prize. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsors, Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be defrauding the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be violating these Official Rules, or to be acting in a disruptive manner. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
