Definitions

"Applications" and/or "Content" refer to any file, device or software that can be downloaded by you to either a computer or a wireless device such as a handset or a personal digital assistant.

"Service" means the Kohl's Text Campaign Program and any associated Abbreviated Dial Code, Applications or Content.

"Text Message" means SMS and/or MMS messages generated by an automated dialer to the provided mobile number.

"We", "our" and "us" refer to Kohl's Department Stores, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Kohl's"), as well as any other person or entity providing any service, applications or content to you from us or on our behalf.

"You" means the person or entity who signs-up to participate in, or uses in any way, Kohl's Text Campaign Program.

Acceptance by You

You must be 18 years or older in order to participate or have the express permission of a parent/guardian (but in any case, you must be at least 13 years old). By affirmatively signing up for Kohl's Text Messages and otherwise using the Service provided by us, you have expressly agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions herein, including without limitation, any terms incorporated by reference ("Agreement") and you are consenting to receive Kohl's Text Message disclosures ("Disclosures") electronically. If you do not consent to the terms of this Agreement and do not agree to receive electronic Disclosures, you must immediately cease using the Services that you have received and contact us as provided below. Your consent to this Agreement includes authorization for Kohl’s to deliver advertising messages using an autodialer; and, you acknowledge that your consent to this Agreement is not in any way required as a condition of making purchases at Kohl's stores or Kohls.com.

You should print or store a copy of this Agreement for your records, as well as any Disclosure that is important to you. In order to do so, you must have a SSL-enabled web browser and capability to print or store Disclosures.

What are the Participating Carriers?

Content is not available on all carriers. The Service is available on AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Alltel, U.S. Cellular, Cellular One, MetroPCS, InterOp, Cellular Com, C Spire Wireless, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and Cincinnati Bell. The Service may not be compatible with all cell phone models.

What is Kohl's Text Campaign Program and how many Text Messages will I receive?

Customers may opt-in to receive certain marketing Text Messages, join our Kohl's Mobile Sale Alerts program or download the Kohl's Mobile App. Customers who opt-in to the Kohl's Text Campaign Program ("Campaign Program") will receive an initial confirmation Text Message followed by 2-3 additional Text Messages. Please note that if you participate in this Program multiple times (e.g., pursuant to different text promotional campaigns), you will receive the corresponding multiplier of Text Messages in total. This Program is separate from Kohl's Mobile Sale Alerts program, such that if you also participate in the Kohl's Mobile Sale Alerts program, you will receive Text Messages incremental to this Program.

How do I sign up for Campaign Program Text Messages?

Is it free?

Although Kohl's does not charge you for sending or receiving Text Messages to 56457, you may be charged by your carrier depending upon your text plan.

How do I opt-out of receiving Text Messages?

To stop receiving ALL Text Messages from Kohl's pursuant to the Campaign Program and any other Kohl’s text programs in which you are enrolled, text STOP to 56457. Additional options include sending an email to technical.help@Kohls.com or call 866-887-8884. Once your telephone number is removed from our system, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your cell phone or mobile device.

What if I want to opt back in?

You can start receiving Kohl's Text Messages again by following any of the steps outlined in the above section: "How do I sign up for Campaign Program texts".

What if I want more info?

To request more info, simply text HELP to the short code 56457. Texting HELP will return a message with additional information about our Text Message programs. Additional options include sending an e-mail to technical.help@Kohls.com or call 866-887-8884.
