To return or exchange a gift purchased in a store or online, bring the gift and your gift receipt to the Customer Service Desk of any Kohl's store near you.
If your gift arrived by mail from Kohl's, you can return it by mail. Just fill out the return form that accompanied your gift and pack the merchandise and receipt in a sturdy box. Apply the supplied return label. Include tags for all items and remember items should not be worn or used. Please send all shipments prepaid.
Your gift will be credited* to the account used to make the purchase, unless you indicate otherwise. To receive a credit to a different credit card account, complete the credit/payment method section of the Return & Exchange form that accompanied the gift.
