It is best to take your measurements over undergarments.

Neck: Measure around the thickest part of your neck, or base of neck.

Chest: With arms relaxed at sides, measure directly under your arms around the fullest part of your chest and shoulder blades, keeping tape parallel to floor. Blazer sizes correspond to your chest size (i.e., if you have a 38" chest, you would wear a size 38 blazer).

Sleeve Length: With arm bent at 90 degrees, place hand on hip. Measure from the center back, across shoulder to elbow to just below the wrist bone.

Waist: Measure around your natural waist at the height you normally wear your pants.

Hip: Standing with your heels together, measure around the fullest part of your hips. Keep the tape parallel to the floor for the best results.

Inseam: Measure a similar pant that fits you well. Measure from the top inner thigh center point to the bottom of the hem. The number of inches is your inseam length.

Height: Without shoes, stand with your feet slightly apart and your back to a wall. The measurement from the floor to the top of your head is your height.
