When can I expect my package to arrive?
Your package arrival date is based on the type of service you selected, as well as the day you placed your order. Use our weekly calendars below to quickly see when your package will arrive for Standard Ground and Priority Air delivery.


If you selected Standard Ground Delivery:
Your package will arrive in 8-12 business days. The blue text is the day you placed your order. The gray shaded text is the time frame you can expect your order to arrive.* (Note: Sunday deliveries are not available.)

How do I track my order?
Your order tracking options are based on whether you have an online shopping account (registered customers) at Kohls.com or if you choose to shop Kohls.com anonymously (unregistered customers).

Registered Customers: You may track all orders (past and present) at Kohls.com, plus view a detailed history of each order. Just follow these steps:

  1. Click track your order at the top of any page.
  2. Enter your Kohls.com sign-in name (your e-mail address) and the password you entered when you created your Kohls.com account.
  3. You'll see a complete history of your Kohls.com purchases. Click any Order Tracking Number to view the details of that order.

Unregistered Customers: Should you wish to track your order, you may track your most recent Kohls.com purchase only. Just follow these steps:

  1. Click track your order at the top of any page.
  2. Under Unregistered Customer Order Status, enter your Kohls.com Order Number and your Billing ZIP Code as they appear on your order confirmation e-mail

Note: Tracking is not available for USPS APO/FPO deliveries.

What do the different order status definitions mean?

Submitted: You've successfully completed the Checkout process at Kohls.com. Your order has been accepted and will be sent for processing to ensure your purchase reaches you on time.

In Fulfillment: Our fulfillment center is working hard to fill your order and your package will be sent as soon as possible. Visit Customer Service to find out when you can expect your package(s) to arrive.

After your order is in fulfillment, we are not able to cancel or modify your order.

Partially Shipped: Part of your order has been shipped. The rest of your order will be shipped soon.

Shipped/Complete: Your order has been completely filled and shipped, and your credit card has been billed for all the items we've shipped to you. Visit Customer Service to find out when you can expect your package(s) to arrive.

Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled, and you will not receive any merchandise or be billed for the transaction. Your credit card statement may show a temporary charge, but that charge will be reversed by your credit card company and you will not be billed for this order.

Returned: We've received your returned merchandise and credited your account accordingly.

What is the difference between order status and history?
Registered Kohls.com customers have the ability to review the status of all current orders. In addition, we retain the details of registered customers' past orders in My Account: that is, the history of those orders, for their personal reference.

Unregistered customers have only the ability to view the status of their most recent order; we do not retain any order history.

Are my in-store purchases available to review in order status & history?
No. Only your online purchases are retained in your personal account at Kohls.com.

Can I cancel an order?
When you place an order at Kohls.com, we jump into action. All our orders are shipped as soon as possible to make sure your Kohl's purchase reaches you as quickly as possible.

To cancel an order, please act promptly by calling Kohl's Customer Service* toll-free at 1-866-887-8884. (Please note: We cannot change your ship-to address, so please double-check your information before clicking place order.)

If we have already placed your order, don't worry: our Easy Return & Exchange Policy means returning a purchase is always easy at Kohl's.

Please note: We will not be able to cancel or make any changes to your order once your order status is listed as in fulfillment.
