You will receive an e-mail confirmation from us at your new address almost immediately. After you've received this confirmation e-mail, you may expect that all future e-mail from Kohls.com (order confirmations, shipping confirmations and/or e-mail sale alerts if you've subscribed) will be sent to your new address. *You can store as many credit cards as you'd like at Kohls.com; however, when you select a credit card to checkout, the card you choose must have the same billing address as the one that is currently stored in My Account. If you'd like to use a card that has a different billing address, simply change the billing address in your account to match the billing address of the new card. How do I edit my payment/credit
card information? Click on the field you'd like to edit. Type in the new information and click on update. Please enter your name, expiration date if applicable, and credit card number exactly as it appears on your credit card. To edit the ship-to address information for one of the addresses you have in your ship-to address book, select the address label assigned to the address and click on the edit button. self address? Click on the field you'd like to edit. Type in the new information and click on update. If your ship-to self address is DIFFERENT than your billing address, please provide us with the shipping information. However, if your ship-to self address is the SAME as your billing address, please edit your address in the billing Information section of My Account. Dont forget to choose a preferred shipping method. For each ship-to address, we'll ask you to select a shipping method.
