Tracking APO/FPO Orders
If you are a registered Kohls.com shopper,
you can use Order History & Tracking to track your APO/FPO order
within the U.S. (If you are unregistered, you can use the carrier's
Website and your Order Tracking Number to track your order within
the U.S.) Standard and customary practices for delivery to your
location will take effect beyond U.S. borders.
If
you selected Standard Ground Delivery:
Your package will arrive in 5-10
days. The blue
text is the day you
placed your order. The gray
shaded text is the time frame you can expect your
order to arrive.* (Note: Sunday deliveries are not available.)

will require a signature upon delivery. Typically, these items are
valued at $100 or higher, and we require a signature for your security.

Kohl's Gift Cards
If you select Standard Ground service for your Kohl's Gift Card
order, your shipping will be FREE of charge.
Our Priority Air fees for Kohl's Gift Card shipments are the same as our regular shipping charges. Shipping rates for these special items will automatically appear during the checkout process.

Returning/Exchanging

or exchange your online purchases.
Kohls.com purchases will be credited to the account used to make
the purchase, unless you indicate otherwise. If you’d like to receive
a credit on a different credit card account, please complete the
“Credit/Payment” method section of the Return & Exchange form that
accompanied your order.
