Circulars/Modeling
Who do I contact if I am interested in modeling
or having my child model for Kohl's ads?
Normally, we work through Milwaukee-area talent agencies like Arlene
Wilson's and Jennifer's Talent to find fresh faces for our print and broadcast
advertising. We also work with talent agencies in areas surrounding Milwaukee,
like Elite, Ford, Arlene Wilson's and Aria in Chicago, Illinois. If you're
interested in modeling for us, please contact one of these agencies for
more information about becoming a model.
Do you mail out
weekly circulars/catalogs? How can I get a copy of your in-store circular?
If you are a Kohl's Charge customer, you'll automatically receive
circulars for our biggest sale events. For our non-Kohl's Charge customers
and our smaller events, we rely on newspapers in communities surrounding
our department stores to distribute our circulars. So, if there is a Kohl's
near you, be sure to check your local or regional newspaper regularly
for our weekly circulars.
If you don't live in an area near Kohl's or
don't receive a newspaper, you can still find out about our upcoming events!
Simply click today's ad at the bottom of any page at www.kohls.com.
You'll be asked to enter your ZIP code, and then you'll see the in-store
circular for the Kohl's nearest you!

Yes! All Kohl's Gift Cards and Kohl's Merchandise Return Credits (KMRCs),
plus Kohl's Fundraising Gift Cards and Corporate Gift Cards may be used
either in-store or online.

Yes you can! Simply register your Kohl's Charge card at
http://credit.kohls.com and you'll be able to pay your bill, check
your account balance and much more!

Can I apply
for a Kohl's Charge Card online?
We've got two easy ways for you to apply.
1. Visit any one of our locations nationwide, and pick up an application.
Our quick credit process will get you shopping - and saving - that same
day.*
2. Print out our Quick
Credit Application, and fill it out at home. Then, see any Associate
at your nearest Kohl's store to have it processed.*

Pricing/Discounts
Do you
offer/accept rainchecks online?
Unfortunately, no. If an item is out of stock while it's on sale,
the sale price will not be available if the item is restocked after that
sale is over. But, continue to check Kohls.com for the item because it
could be on sale again, soon!
Do you offer
price adjustments? What is your price adjustment policy?
Basically, a price adjustment is a refund! In certain
cases, we'll give you money back if you bought an item, only to discover
it was on sale later. If your situation meets all these criteria, you
could be eligible for a price adjustment:
- You bought the item on sale or at regular price.
- Within two weeks (14 days) of the purchase date,
the price of the item was further reduced from the final price you paid.
- You have the original, dated sales receipt.
- The item is not a Clearance markdown.
If you bought the item online at Kohls.com, call
Customer Service toll-free at (866) 887-8884 if you think you're eligible
for a price adjustment.
If you bought the item at a Kohl's Store near
you, please visit the Customer Service Desk at that location with your
receipt.
Do you offer
Senior Citizen Discounts?
On special days during December, we offer seniors the ability to take
an extra percentage off their purchases at our Kohl's Department Stores
nationwide. This added discount is offered at special times throughout
the year, as well. (Sorry, our Senior Citizen Discount is currently not
available online at www.kohls.com.)
