There are two ways to use our Webstore Search feature.
1. Search by Item Number

Many of the items featured in our sale circulars* have a Kohls.com Item #. To find that item or selection of items, simply enter the Item # into our Search field and click "go!"

2. Search by Keyword

This is a great tool if you're searching for a general type of product(s)*. Type a keyword into the Search field, choose a department and click "go!" No quotes, hyphens, commas, "ands" or "ors" are necessary.

Your Shopping Bag

For your shopping convenience, we keep track of your shopping bag contents, number of items and purchase total (not including shipping and tax), and we display this at the top of every page in our Webstore. Plus, shop Kohls.com as a registered customer and we'll keep track of your shopping bag even if you leave the site before purchasing. That way, your selections will be waiting for you when you return.
To view the contents of your Shopping Bag at any time during your online shopping experience, simply click the "view shopping bag/checkout" graphic at the top of any page.

The Checkout Process

There are just a few steps to Checkout; however, our registered customers breeze through the steps more quickly because much of their personalized information (Ship-to Addresses, Shipping Methods, My Wallet preferences, etc.) is at their fingertips (stored safely in My Account).

Here are the steps of Checkout:
1. Begin Checkout
Shop Your Way! Any way you choose to shop Kohls.com is easy and secure — every step of the way. You can choose to shop Kohls.com one of three ways.
1. Unregistered Checkout: You can shop Kohls.com as an unregistered, anonymous customer and proceed through our regular checkout process. However, we will not retain your personal information for your future use when shopping Kohls.com. That means you'll need to complete all of the Checkout steps each time you make a purchase. In addition, we cannot offer unregistered customers the personalized Special Features available in My Account.
2. Register & Checkout: You can become a registered customer while you Checkout! You'll enter all your personal information just once, and it will be waiting for you when you return for your next Kohls.com shopping trip! In addition, you'll have access to all the Special Features that make shopping at Kohls.com easier than ever.
3. Registered Customer Checkout: If you've created an account at Kohls.com, you're already aware of the great benefits available to our registered customers. Checkout as a registered customer, and your personal info will be at your fingertips for superfast checkout!
2. Billing Information
Enter your Billing Information and contact phone number. This information will be pre-filled for Registered customers.
3. Shipping Information & Gift Services
Enter your Ship-to Self and Ship-to Other Addresses and Shipping Method for each. For gift items, you'll need to complete our Gift Services page. Much of this information will be pre-filled for Registered customers.


4. Order Preview & Payment
Preview your order information, including Ship-to Address(es), Shipping Method(s) and Gift selection. Make any last adjustments. Enter your credit card information. Registered customers can select a credit card from My Wallet.

5. Order Confirmation
This page presents an order confirmation number and the details of your order. Kohls.com will e-mail your order confirmation to the address you've provided. The order confirmation is NOT a receipt.

Payment Methods

Select from the Kohl's Charge* or one of the four other major credit card options (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Novus/Discover Card). In My Wallet, registered customers can securely store multiple credit card options, available each time you checkout. Not only is this safe, it means that you need only enter your credit card number once.
Please note: In order to place an order at Kohls.com, your Billing Address must be within the Continental US, Alaska and Hawaii, including all military (APO/FPO) addresses. We cannot accept orders placed with overseas bank credit cards or international billing addresses.
*If you are a Kohl's MVC Charge Cardholder, your discount will be applied AFTER you click on “Confirm Order.” You will see your Transaction Discount total before you move on to the final step in Checkout.

Shipping & Handling

When you place an order at Kohls.com, we hop to action! All our orders are shipped as soon as possible to make sure your Kohl's purchase reaches you as quickly as possible.
And, our strong carrier partnerships with UPS and the United States Postal Service mean we deliver to anywhere in the United States and all military (APO/FPO) addresses.

Your total shipping charges are based on several factors, including the shipping method you select and the number of items you purchase. There is a base fee for the first item you purchase, and an item fee for every additional product.

Our Gift Services will transform your purchase into a personalized gift for just $3.95 per Gift Box/Wrap. This service includes a Gift Message and Gift Receipt.

Track Your Order

Unregistered customers can track the status of current orders only. Kohls.com will e-mail you a shipping confirmation notice that includes an order tracking number. Click on this number to track the status of the order via the carrier's site. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier's tracking information to be updated.

Registered customers can track the status of current orders AND review past orders in My Account. We'll provide a summary of the status of each order, including: order date, number, number of items and order total. For more details about a specific order listed on the summary, click on the Order Number. The Order Details for that particular order will appear.
Note: Tracking is not available for USPS APO/FPO deliveries or USPS First Class deliveries.
Here's what our Order Status definitions mean:

New: You've just finished the checkout process, and your order is brand-new.

Submitted: Your order has been sent to our fulfillment center for processing.

In Fulfillment: Our fulfillment center is working hard to fill your order. This normally takes 24-72 hours.

Partially Shipped: We've sent part of your order on its way, and we're waiting for a new shipment of inventory to fill the balance of your order.

Shipped: Your order has been completely filled and is en route to the address you specified.

Complete: Your order has been completely filled and is en route to the address you specified, and we've billed the credit card account you provided.

Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled, and you will not receive any merchandise or be billed for the transaction.

Partially Returned: We've received the part of your order that you want returned, and credited your account accordingly.

Returned: We've received your returned merchandise and credited your account accordingly.
