The Kohl's Cares for Kids® Fundraising Card Program benefits school and
nonprofit youth organizations through the use of special gift cards. The
fundraising card is an electronic gift card sold to school organizations
and youth groups at a discount. The fundraising groups then sell the purchased
cards at face value and keep the profits.

If you’ve chosen
to Gift Box/Wrap multiple items with the same Ship-to Address, you
may choose to wrap the items together or separately. Simply check
the appropriate box below the Gift Box/Wrap column on the Gift Services
page. (We’ll accommodate this request if at all possible; however,
the size, weight and other characteristics of some items may prohibit
us from packaging them together.) |

Some items (including
vacuum cleaners and luggage) cannot be gift boxed or wrapped due to
the size and/or shape of the product and its packaging. However, these
items can still be sent as a gift with a gift message and gift receipt.

Gift Message
Include a personalized, 300-character message
with your gift. Offer “Congratulations,” send your “Best Wishes,” or say
“Happy Birthday!” Your message will be neatly typed on a flat card, embossed
with the Kohl’s logo and tucked discreetly into the package’s ribbon.
(And 300 characters is a lot – about as long as this paragraph!)
Gift Receipt
Though you think you’ve found the perfect gift,
there’s always the chance your recipient won’t like it as well as you
do. That’s why we always include a Gift Receipt with every gift. The receipt
doesn’t tell your recipient how much you paid, but it makes our Easy
Return & Exchange Policy even more convenient: your recipient either
brings the item and the Gift Receipt to any Kohl’s Customer Service Desk
or mails it back to our Return Center, and we take care of the rest.
And don’t worry: Your surprise is safe with us. We always include the
Gift Receipt on the inside of the package.
Easy Gift
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are always easy at Kohl's!
As a Kohl's gift receipient, you have three options:
| 1. Return/Exchange at a Store. |

For gifts purchased either in-store or online, just
bring the item you’d like to return/exchange and your gift receipt
to the Customer Service Desk of any Kohl’s store
near you. |

| 2. Return by Mail. |
|
If your gift arrived by mail from Kohl’s,
you can return it by mail. Just fill out the Return & Exchange form
that accompanied your gift, and pack the merchandise and gift receipt
into a sturdy box. Then, apply the supplied return label. (Please
send all shipments prepaid.) |
| 3. Exchange by Mail. |
|
If your gift arrived by mail from Kohl’s,
you can exchange it by mail. We treat your exchange as a new order
to make it easier for you to track your purchase online and to correctly
credit your return.
• New Item Exchange: To exchange an item for a different
item, please follow the “Return by Mail” instructions above. Then,
shop Kohls.com to place a new order.
• Exchange: To exchange an item for the same item in a
different size or color, simply complete the Return & Exchange form
that accompanied your gift. (Shop Kohls.com to find the necessary
product information about your replacement item.) Then, follow the
“Return by Mail” instructions above. |
