Kohl’s Department Store hours vary from location to location, and they can change based on unique events in your community.

How do I become a model for Kohl’s circulars?
Normally, we work through Milwaukee-area talent agencies like Arlene Wilson’s and Jennifer’s Talent to find fresh faces for our print and broadcast advertising. We also work with talent agencies in areas surrounding Milwaukee, like Elite, Ford, Arlene Wilson's and Aria in Chicago, Illinois.

If you’re interested in modeling for us, please contact one of these agencies for more information about becoming a model.

How can I be added to the Kohl’s circular mailing list?

Kohl’s does not mail circulars directly to our customers. Instead, we use newspapers in communities surrounding our department stores to distribute our circulars.

How many Kohl’s circulars are mailed out?

Every year, we insert more than 1.6 billion circulars into our customers’ newspapers to keep them informed of upcoming savings at Kohl’s. (That’s 15 million for every event!)

How do I navigate the Webstore?
Navigating Kohls.com is easy! There are three ways to shop:
1. Click-through. Use the left-hand and top navigation to click from a department (Women’s) to a category (Petites’) to a sub-category (Tops) to a specific product (Croft & Barrow® V-neck Tee).
2. Search. Type your keyword in the “Find it!” field in the top navigation, select a department from the menu, and click “go!” We’ll search the site for matches to your request.
3. Browse the site map. If you want a quick overview of everything that’s for sale on our Webstore, use this feature (found at the bottom of the home page and each department page). Just click on any link to get started.

Do I have to “and” or “or” when I type something in the “Find it!” field?
Can I refine my search?

How do I use Search?
There are three ways to use the Webstore Search feature.

1. Find it! with a Keyword Search
  This is a great tool if you’re searching for a broad topic or group of products. Type a few important words into this field, and you’ll see all results that contain your keyword(s) in their titles. For example, type “towel,” and you’ll be able to browse our selection of beach towels, baby towels, kitchen towels, bath towels, hand towels and guest towels. The more words you enter, the more specific your results will be.
2. Narrow Your Search by Department
  If you have a specific item you’re looking for, you’ll get better search results if you narrow your search by department. Type your keyword in the “Find it!” field, and then select a department. You’ll then receive only those department matches, rather than matches from our entire Webstore. For example, type “jeans” in the “Find it!” field, and select “women’s” from the drop-down. We’ll automatically weed out all the men’s jeans, leaving you with the most useful results.
3. Advanced Search
  Narrow your search with key words! For example, if you’re looking for a blue woman’s shirt, select “women’s” from the Department drop-down, and type “shirt” and “blue” in the Item and Color fields, respectively. Click “Find it!,” and our search will return only the items that match your three criteria. You can choose from all four drop-down fields, or just select one, two or three.

Do I have to use “and” or “or” when I type something in the “Find it!” field?
No quotes, hyphens, commas, “ands” or “ors” are necessary. Just type your keyword in the “Find it!” field, select a department from the drop-down menu, and click “go.”

Can I refine my search?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer the ability to refine your search just yet. (That’s coming soon, though!) Meanwhile, rely on the department drop-down or our Advanced Search feature to narrow your search.

Yes. It only takes a moment, just two easy steps, to Create an Account at Kohls.com. Plus, as a Kohl's MVC Customer, you already know about the great savings you always find at Kohl's Department Store! Enter your Kohl's Charge Card number in "My Wallet," and you'll be able to take advantage of your MVC discounts online, too!

I need help creating my password. Do you have examples?
Sure! First, be sure that your password is something you can actually remember. Don’t assemble a random collection of words and numbers that you’ll never be able to recreate. Then, make sure your password isn’t too obvious to someone who’s not you. Don’t, for example, use words like, “Kohl’s Password,” your name, your birthdate … anything that someone could easily guess.

Instead, come up with something that has meaning for you, like your first pet’s name, your favorite flower, the name of the street you lived on when you were a child, or the name of your prom date. All these have meaning for you, will be easy to remember … but are difficult to guess.

I’ve forgotten my password. What do I do?
No problem! When you Created An Account at Kohls.com, we asked you to select a hint question from the following list:
... Who is your favorite actor?
... What is your favorite movie?
... What is your pet’s name?
... What is your favorite city?
... What is your city of birth?

After you selected the hint question you liked, we then asked you to provide the answer. For example, if you indicated that "your favorite actor" is Cary Grant, we stored your selected hint question and correct answer with your other account information. That way, we can use your hint question and answer to verify your identity and securely provide your forgotten password.

If you discover you’ve forgotten your password when you try to sign-in, just click the “Forgot your password?” link. We’ll ask you the hint question you selected. (Who is your favorite actor?) Provide the same answer you did when you registered (Cary Grant), and we’ll e-mail your password to your registered e-mail address.

How do I update My Account information?
It’s easy! Just click on “Sign-in” at the top of any page to access “My Account.” (Or, if you’re already signed-in, just click “My Account.”) There, you’ll find a list of all the Special Features our registered users enjoy. Just click on the section you’d like to modify (Sign-in Information, Billing Information, My Wallet, Ship-to Address Book). You’ll see your current information, which you can then edit.

How long do you retain My Account information?
Forever. As long as you are an active Kohls.com customer (one purchase per year), your information will be waiting for you whenever you return to our Webstore.

My credit card billing address is international, but I live in the United States. Can I still place an order at Kohls.com?
Currently, our billing information page only accepts United States addresses; therefore, we won’t be able to accept a credit card with an international billing address.

I’m not comfortable submitting my credit card info online. Is there a phone number I can call to place an order?
You bet! Although we guarantee the security of shopping Kohls.com, we realize that not all our customers will be entirely comfortable submitting their credit information online. If you would prefer to make your purchase over the phone, simply call Kohl’s Customer Service toll-free at (866) 887-8884, and we’ll be happy to take your order. Kohl’s Customer Service Associates are available to answer your call Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., CST, and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m, CST.

Can I ship to an international address?
We’re not currently shipping to international destinations, though we do ship to all APO/FPO addresses.

Your Kohl’s purchase can be shipped to any APO (Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office) address via our U.S. Standard service only. Review our complete Shipping & Handling Services for specific information about shipping charges for APO/FPO destinations.

What is a shipping surcharge?
Some oversized Kohl’s items (like vacuum cleaners) require additional handling to make sure they reach their destination safely. Because of the extra-special care required due to the size or weight of the item, an additional shipping charge is added to your shipping subtotal.

At this time, we’re not able to offer our customers the ability to choose whether they’d like to have their gift boxed or wrapped. Depending on the type and size of the product you’ve selected as a gift, we’ll package your item in a Gift Box or wrap it for you. Either way, your gift will be attractive and appropriate for every occasion.

Can I select the wrapping paper?
Currently, we use only one type of Gift Wrap for all our “wrappable” products, perfect for all occasions. The wrapped gift will be topped off with an attractive ribbon.

Will my gift come with a gift receipt?
You bet! The receipt doesn’t tell your recipient how much you paid, but it makes our Easy Return & Exchange Policy even more convenient: your recipient either brings the item and the Gift Receipt to any Kohl’s Customer Service Desk or mails it back to our Return Center, and we’ll take care of the rest.

And don’t worry: Your surprise is safe with us. We always include the Gift Receipt on the inside of the package.

What’s the difference between order status and history?
“Order Status” is a report of the activity for all your current outstanding orders; “Order History” is a record of all the orders you’ve placed at Kohls.com.

And, these two categories have one important factor in common: they’re only available to registered Kohls.com customers.

How do I check the status of my order?
Unregistered customers can track the status of current orders only. Kohls.com will e-mail you a shipping confirmation notice that includes an order tracking number. Click on this number to track the status of your order via the carrier’s Website.

Registered customers can track the status of current orders and review past orders in My Account. Just sign-in with your user name and password and click on “My Account” to see the status of an outstanding order.

I don’t have an account at Kohls.com, can I still track my order?
Yes. When you place your order, we’ll e-mail you a shipping confirmation notice that includes an order tracking number. Click on this number to track the status of your order via the carrier’s Website.

What do the different order status indicators mean (e.g., partially shipped, shipped, submitted, etc.)?
Your order will follow these steps before it reaches its destination:

New: You’ve just finished the checkout process, and your order is brand-new.

Submitted:
Your order has been sent to our fulfillment center for processing.

In Fulfillment:
Our fulfillment center is working hard to fill your order. This normally takes less than 24 hours.

Partially Shipped:
We’ve sent part of your order on its way, and the balance of your order will be shipped shortly.

Shipped:
Your order has been completely filled and is en route to the address you specified, and we’ve billed the credit card account you provided.

Complete: Your order has been completely filled and is en route to the address you specified, and we've billed the credit card account you provided.

Cancelled:
Your order has been cancelled, and you will not receive any merchandise or be billed for the transaction.

Returned: We've received your returned merchandise and credited your account accordingly.

Can I return an online purchase for in-store credit?
Your Kohls.com purchase will be credited to the account you used to make the purchase, unless you specify otherwise. If you’d like to receive a credit on a different credit card account, please complete the “Credit/Payment” method section of the Return & Exchange form that was included with the shipment of your order. You will receive in-store credit only for store-purchased items returned without a receipt.

Do I need a receipt?
No, but you will have more options for receiving your credit with a receipt. Review our Easy Returns & Exchanges Policy for detailed information about your return and exchange options with and without a receipt.

Can I return a gift?
Of course! Let’s face it: just because THEY loved it, doesn’t mean you will, too! Review our Easy Returns & Exchanges Policy for specific information about returning your gift.

If I return an item through the mail, does Kohl’s pay my shipping and handling costs?
Unfortunately, we are not able to reimburse you for any shipping costs you incur returning merchandise via mail. If you would rather not pay these costs, simply bring your merchandise and receipt to the Kohl’s nearest you.

What if the recipient doesn’t spend the entire amount of the card’s face value?

What denominations of Kohl’s Gift Cards are available?
Kohl’s Gift Cards are available in denominations of $10, $20, $25, $50 and $100.

What if the recipient doesn’t spend the entire amount of the card’s face value?
No problem. Kohl’s Gift Cards work the same as cash, and any unused balance remains on the card until it’s used up.

What if the recipient wants to return the merchandise he/she purchased?
Any returned merchandise will be exchanged for a Kohl’s Merchandise Return Card (KMRC). The KMRC will be accepted at all Kohl’s locations (except Kohls.com) and carries the same benefits as a Kohl’s Gift Card.

Kohl’s Gift Cards are available in denominations of $10, $20, $25, $50 and $100.

What if the recipient doesn’t spend the entire amount of the card’s face value?

No problem. Kohl’s Gift Cards work the same as cash, and any unused balance remains on the card until it’s used up.

What if the recipient wants to return the merchandise he/she purchased?
Any returned merchandise will be exchanged for a Kohl’s Merchandise Return Card (KMRC). The KMRC will be accepted at all Kohl’s locations (except Kohls.com) and carries the same benefits as a Kohl’s Gift Card.

What gift wrap options are available to me?
At this time, we’re not able to offer our customers the ability to choose whether they’d like to have their gift boxed or wrapped. Depending on the type and size of the product you’ve selected as a gift, we’ll package your item in a Gift Box or wrap it for you. Either way, your gift will be attractive and appropriate for every occasion.

Can I select the wrapping paper?
Currently, we use only one type of Gift Wrap for all our “wrappable” products, perfect for all occasions. The wrapped gift will be topped off with an attractive ribbon.

Will my gift come with a gift receipt?
You bet! The receipt doesn’t tell your recipient how much you paid, but it makes our Easy Return & Exchange Policy even more convenient: your recipient either brings the item and the Gift Receipt to any Kohl’s Customer Service Desk or mails it back to our Return Center, and we’ll take care of the rest.

And don’t worry: Your surprise is safe with us. We always include the Gift Receipt on the inside of the package.

How long can my gift message be?
Pretty long! You can enter a personalized, 300-character message with every gift you send.

Will my gift recipient be able to return his/her gift?
Definitely. Your gift will include a Gift Receipt, which won’t tell your recipient how much you spent, but it makes our Easy Return & Exchange Policy even more convenient: your recipient either brings the item and the Gift Receipt to any Kohl’s Customer Service Desk or mails it back to our Return Center, and we’ll take care of the rest.

We at Kohl’s Department Stores will then work with your credit card company to reimburse you for $50.00, the full amount of your legal responsibility.

What does the Fair Credit Billing Act mean for me?
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your credit card company cannot legally hold you responsible for more than $50.00 of unauthorized, fraudulent charges on your credit card.

Can I return an online purchase for in-store credit?
Your Kohls.com purchase will be credited to the account you used to make the purchase, unless you specify otherwise. If you’d like to receive a credit on a different credit card account, please complete the “Credit/Payment” method section of the Return & Exchange form that was included with the shipment of your order. You will receive in-store credit only for store-purchased items returned without a receipt.

Do I need a receipt?

Can I return a gift?

  Use the left-hand and top navigation to click from a department (Women’s) to a category (Petites’) to a sub-category (Tops) to a specific product (Croft & Barrow® V-neck Tee).
2. Search
  Type your keyword in the “Find it!” field in the top navigation, select a department from the menu, and click “go!” We’ll search the site for matches to your request.

Often! Our Website changes to reflect our in-store sales event, which means every time we have a new sale, our site changes. Additionally, we’re constantly working to add new merchandise and special features to offer our online customers more convenience and value. So, check back often!

Why don’t you offer your complete line of merchandise at Kohls.com?
We’re working toward that goal! Every week, we add new merchandise, at great Kohl’s prices. So, stay tuned.

Are your online prices and sales the same as your in-store prices and sales?
You bet! We always offer the same sales online and in-store. Our Webstore follows our corporate pricing strategy, which means you'll find the same sale prices online as in most of our stores.

Can I use Kohl’s Gift Cards, coupons, etc. when purchasing online?
Currently, Kohl's Gift Cards can be use in our Department Stores only. We plan to introduce a similar Gift Card for use on our Website some time in the future.

If you are a Kohl’s MVC Charge Cardholder, your discount will be applied during the checkout process, after you click on “Confirm Order.” You will see your Transaction Discount total prior to proceeding to the final step in Checkout.

For all other Kohl’s coupons and discounts, please review the information printed on the coupon/discount to determine online validity.

To make sure you can still contact us via e-mail, we always write out all our e-mail addresses. Simply highlight the address you’d like to send an e-mail to, copy the highlighted information, and paste the address into the “To” field of whatever e-mail application you use.
