- How do I earn Kohl's Cash?
- Kohl's Cash can be earned during periodically run events. Kohl's will advertise Kohl's Cash events on the Kohls.com homepage and in our print mailers. The dates when you can earn Kohl's Cash and redeem Kohl's Cash are also disclosed on Kohls.com and in the mailer.
Kohl's Cash is not legal tender or transferable. You will receive a $10 Kohl's Cash coupon for the first $50 purchased. An additional $10 in value will be added to the coupon for each additional $50 spent in that single transaction. Multiple transactions cannot be combined to qualify or increase the amount of Kohl's Cash earned. Kohl's Cash is earned on the amount purchased after all applicable discounts are applied and before tax is imposed. Eligible customer purchases include sale-, regular- and clearance-priced merchandise purchased during the event's earn dates, but exclude the purchase of gift cards.
Kohl's Cash can be earned in our stores or online, but can only be redeemed in our stores. Kohl's Cash may be redeemed during the time frame disclosed in the Kohl's Cash advertisement. Kohl's Cash may not be redeemed (1) to purchase Kohl's Cares for KidsŪ merchandise or other charitable items; (2) to reduce a Kohl's Charge or any third party charge account balance; (3) as price adjustments on prior purchases; or (4) to purchase gift cards. - How will I receive my Kohl's Cash?
- If you earn Kohl's Cash online, your Kohl's Cash will arrive via e-mail. It will be sent to the e-mail address provided during the checkout process. If you are signed up for Kohl's Sales Alerts with a different e-mail account, please note your Kohl's Cash will not be sent to the account at which you receive Sales Alerts.
- When will I receive my Kohl's Cash?
- Your Kohl's Cash will arrive via e-mail within three days of your purchase from Kohls.com. When you receive this e-mail, click through to the printable version of your Kohl's Cash.
Note: Save this e-mail! You will not be sent another e-mail containing your Kohl's Cash. Your Kohl's Cash is NOT accessible via the reminder e-mails that follow the initial Kohl's Cash earned e-mail.
- I spent more than $50 during the Kohl's Cash earn period, why didn't I receive my Kohl's Cash?
- Sometimes Kohl's Cash e-mails get blocked by e-mail filters. If you do not receive your Kohl's Cash within three days of your purchase, check the blocked e-mail folder in your account. You also may need to add the e-mail address Kohls@e.kohls.com to your approved senders/address book. If you still do not see your Kohl's Cash e-mail, please contact Customer Service at (866) 887-8884.
- Can I use my Kohl's Cash for purchases on Kohls.com?

No. At this time Kohls.com does not have the functionality to apply Kohl's Cash to online purchases. We are working to change this, and soon you will have the ability to use Kohl's Cash on Kohls.com.
- I only spent $48, but I still received Kohl's Cash. Was this a mistake?

No. If you make a purchase within $2 of the Kohl's Cash earned criteria, you will receive Kohl's Cash. For example, if you place an order of $48, we will round that purchase up to $50 and distribute $10 Kohl's Cash.
