Your total shipping charges are based on several factors, including the shipping method you selected and the number of items you've purchased. There is a base fee for the first item you purchase, and an item fee for every additional product. Typical shipping charges for all U.S. locations (except Alaska and Hawaii) are as follows:

Your Kohls.com purchase can be shipped to any APO (Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office) address via our Standard Ground service only. Our Priority Air service is not available for APO/FPO destinations. Shipping charges for APO and FPO destinations are the same as all other Kohl's Standard Ground shipping charges:

Tracking APO/FPO Orders

If you are a registered Kohls.com shopper, you can use order history & tracking to track your APO/FPO order within the U.S. (If you are unregistered, you can use the carrier's website and your order tracking number to track your order within the U.S.) Standard and customary practices for delivery to your location will take effect beyond U.S. borders.


Your total shipping charge will appear as a line item under your subtotal during the checkout process. This charge will include any additional shipping surcharges, plus tax.

Surcharges
Shipping surcharges (additional delivery fees) may apply to some Kohl's items (e.g. vacuum cleaners) because of size, weight or special handling that is required to make sure your order reaches you safely. If your item has a shipping surcharge, it will appear below the price of the item on the product page.

Gift Card Shipping Charges
If you select Standard Ground service for your Kohl's Gift Card order, your Gift Card(s) will be shipped FREE of charge. What better way to send a gift to the one you love!* Our Priority Air fees for Kohl's Gift Card shipments are the same as our regular shipping charges. Shipping rates for these special items will automatically appear during the checkout process.

Which carriers has Kohl's partnered with?
We are proud to announce a strong relationship with UPS. Your Kohls.com purchases can be easily tracked with UPS Advanced Tracking, plus you'll have a UPS guaranteed delivery date!

Smaller, 1- to 2-lb. purchases may be shipped via the United States Postal Service.

We're not currently shipping to international destinations, though we do ship to all APO/FPO addresses.

Yes! On the Shipping Methods page, simply enter your P.O. Box in the Address Line 1 field. Currently, only Standard Ground Service is available for P.O. Box destinations.

If I return an item, will Kohl's reimburse my shipping and handling costs?
Unfortunately, we are not able to reimburse you for any shipping costs you incur purchasing an item at Kohls.com or returning the merchandise via mail. To avoid return shipping and handling costs, simply bring your merchandise and receipt to the Kohl’s nearest you.

Some of our items, like fine jewelry purchases and gift cards, will require a signature upon delivery. Order Tracking


How do I track my order?
Your order tracking options are based on whether you have an online shopping account (registered customers) at Kohls.com or if you choose to shop Kohls.com anonymously (unregistered customers).

Registered Customers: You may track all orders (past and present) at Kohls.com, plus view a detailed history of each order. Just follow these steps:

  1. Click order status at the top of any page.
  2. Enter your Kohls.com sign-in name (your e-mail address) and the password you entered when you created your Kohls.com account.
  3. You'll see a complete history of your Kohls.com purchases. Click any order tracking number to view the details of that order.

Unregistered Customers: Should you wish to track your order, you may track your most recent Kohls.com purchase only. Just follow these steps:

  1. Click order status at the top of any page.
  2. Under Unregistered Customer Order Status, enter your Kohls.com order number and your billing zip code as they appear on your order confirmation e-mail.


Note: Tracking is not available for USPS APO/FPO deliveries.

Where can I get a copy of my packing slip from my online order?
The order confirmation number you received via e-mail includes a complete summary of your order, and you can always look up the details of your order through "order status " available at the top of every page at www.kohls.com.

However, if you still need to get a copy of your packing slip, the only way to do so is by contacting Kohl's Customer Service toll-free at (866) 887-8884.

What do the order tracking definitions mean?
Submitted: You've successfully completed the checkout process at Kohls.com. Your order has been accepted and will be sent for processing to ensure your purchase reaches you on time.

In Fulfillment: Our fulfillment center is working hard to fill your order and your package will be sent as soon as possible. Visit Customer Service to find out when you can expect your package(s) to arrive.

After your order is in fulfillment, we are not able to cancel or modify your order.

Partially Shipped: Part of your order has been shipped. The rest of your order will be shipped soon.

Shipped/Complete: Your order has been completely filled and shipped, and your credit card has been billed for all the items we've shipped to you. Visit Customer Service to find out when you can expect your package(s) to arrive.

Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled, and you will not receive any merchandise or be billed for the transaction. Your credit card statement may show a temporary charge, but that charge will be reversed by your credit card company and you will not be billed for this order.

Returned: We've received your returned merchandise and credited your account accordingly.

What is the difference between order status and history?
Registered Kohls.com customers have the ability to review the status of all current orders. In addition, we retain the details of registered customers' past orders in My Account: that is, the history of those orders, for their personal reference.

Unregistered customers have only the ability to view the status of their most recent order; we do not retain any order history.

Are my in-store purchases available to review in order status and history?
No. Only your online purchases are retained in your personal account at Kohls.com.

Can I cancel/modify my order/shipment?
When you place an order at Kohls.com, we jump into action to help ensure your package is delivered within our specified shipping time frames. If you need to delete an item, reduce a quantity or cancel your order, please act promptly by calling Kohl's Customer Service (866) 887-8884. (Please note: We cannot change your ship-to address for you, so be sure to double-check your information before clicking place order.) Don't worry if we have already placed your order: our Easy Return & Exchange Policy means returning a purchase is always easy at Kohl's.*

If you would like to add new items to your order, or increase the quantity of those items you've purchased, please simply place a new order at Kohls.com.

Please note: We will not be able to cancel or make any changes to your order once your order status is listed as in fulfillment.

*Shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
