detaches from the plastic building pieces or one magnet and a
metallic object, the objects can attract each other and cause
intestinal perforation or blockage, which can be fatal.

The company has expanded the recall to all sets sold in the
United States that do not have this magnet warning printed on the box:

Consumers should stop using the recalled magnetic sets
