Plus, shop Kohls.com as a registered customer and we'll keep track of your shopping bag even if you leave the site before purchasing. How do I save my Shopping Bag?
Not ready to checkout but don't want to lose the items in your Shopping Bag? No problem! If you're a registered Kohls.com customer, you can save your Shopping Bag* and return later to checkout!

To save your Shopping Bag, simply sign-in to your Kohls.com shopping account or create an account anytime during your shopping session. Before you leave Kohls.com, click Sign-Out and you will be asked if you would like to save your Shopping Bag.

*We're sorry, Kohls.com is not able to guarantee the pricing or inventory on items left in your shopping bag.

How do I make a change to my Shopping Bag?
If you change your mind at any time during shopping Kohls.com, you can easily make any of the following modifications:
  • Change the color, size or quantity of an item by clicking on the item description or the Edit This Item button. Click on the Update button to refresh your Shopping Bag.
  • Change your ship-to address or shipping method by clicking the Edit Shipping Address or Edit Shipping Method buttons located at the top of your Shopping Bag. (NOTE: If you are a registered customer, this will change the address in your ship-to address book.)
  • Delete an item by checking the Remove box to the right of it.
  • Indicate a gift item by checking the Make This a Gift box to the right of it. Click on the Update button to refresh your Shopping Bag.

What is a "Discount" as it appears on the Shopping Bag?
If a discount applies to your order, it will be discounted from your transaction subtotal, before shipping and tax.

What does "Estimated Shipping" and/or "Estimated Tax" mean?
To give you a better idea of your final Kohls.com order total, we've provided helpful estimates of shipping and tax.
  • Estimated shipping. We take the number of addresses you're shipping and the subtotal of your order to calculate an approximate shipping cost based on our Standard Ground Shipping costs. (If you've selected a priority shipping method, your shipping will be higher than estimated.)
  • Estimated tax. We take your Shopping Bag subtotal and apply 6% sales tax. (6% is just an estimate based on "typical" sales tax percentages nationwide. Actual sales tax will be calculated based upon your ship-to address and the taxability of the items purchased.) Kohl's Gift Cards are not taxable.

Actual shipping and tax willl appear on the Review & Place Order screen.

How can I purchase tax-free at Kohls.com?
If you are purchasing on behalf of a tax-exempt organization, or claim a sales tax exemption as a Native American, you may qualify to have the taxes credited after order submission.

Simply fax a copy of your proof of tax-exempt status, which includes your tax-exempt number, to this toll-free number: (888) 246-0001.

Please include your name and order number on the fax.

Be advised that Resale Tax Exemptions will not be honored, as Kohl's does not sell to individuals or dealers for the purpose of resale to others.

Gift Services

How do I identify an item as a gift?
Check the Make This a Gift box next to your gift item in your Shopping Bag, then click the update button to refresh your Shopping Bag. If you have multiple items of one product and they are gifts, each item will be separated onto its own order line.

What gift wrap options are available to me?
Our Gift Services will transform your purchase into a personalized gift for just $5.95 per Gift Box/Wrap. Depending on the type of item and its size, we'll Box and/or Wrap your gift in our specially designed paper.

If you've chosen to Gift Box/Wrap multiple items with the same ship-to address, you may choose to wrap the items together or separately. Simply check the appropriate box below the Gift Box/Wrap column on the Gift Services page. (We'll accommodate this request if at all possible; however, the size, weight and other characteristics of some items may prohibit us from packaging them together.)

Some items (including vacuum cleaners and luggage) cannot be gift boxed or wrapped due to the size and shape of the product/packaging. However, these items can be sent as a gift with a gift message and gift receipt.

Can I include a gift message? How long can it be?
Yes, you can include a personalized, 100-character message with your gift. Offer "Congratulations," send your "Best Wishes," or say "Happy Birthday!" Your message will be printed on our special, gift packing slip and tucked neatly into our pretty, cream gift portfolio.

Will my gift come with a gift receipt and can the gift be returned?
There's always the chance your recipient won't like it as well as you do, so we always include a gift receipt. The receipt doesn't tell your recipient how much you paid, but it makes our easy Return & Exchange Policy even more convenient. The recipient either brings the item and the Gift Receipt to the Customer Service Desk at any Kohl's Department Store or mails it back to our Return Center, and we take care of the rest.
