That philosophy applies to our brick-and-mortar locations and our Web store. Our Web store follows our corporate pricing strategy, which means you'll find the same sale prices online as in most of our stores nationwide.

If an item is out of stock, will I get a rain check for that day's sale price when the item becomes available?
Unfortunately, if an item is out of stock while it's on sale, the sale price will not be available if the item is restocked after that sale is over. But, continue to check Kohls.com for the item because it could be on sale again soon!

I received my circular after your sale event. Can I still take advantage of these sale prices?
Unfortunately, if you've received a circular after a sale event, the sale prices shown in that circular will not be available. But, continue to check Kohl's circulars for great savings in the future!

What are price adjustments?

Basically, a price adjustment is a refund! In certain cases, we'll give you money back if you bought an item, only to discover it was on sale later.

If your situation meets all these criteria, you could be eligible for a price adjustment:

  • You bought the item on sale or at regular price.
  • Within two weeks (14 days) of the purchase date, the price of the item was further reduced from the final price you paid.
  • You have the original, dated sales receipt.
  • The item is not a Clearance markdown.

If you bought the item online at Kohls.com and you think you're eligible for a price adjustment, e-mail us using the option below. Or, call Customer Service toll-free at (866) 887-8884.

If you bought the item at a Kohl's Store near you, please visit the Customer Service Desk at that location with your receipt.

Are your online prices and sales the same as your in-store prices and sales?
You bet! We always offer the same sales online and in-store. Our Webstore follows our corporate pricing strategy, which means you'll find the same sale prices online as in most of our stores.

If I find the same item with a lower price at another store, will you match/beat the competitor's price?
Yes! We do match our competitors' prices. Just bring a copy of the competitor's ad with the current date on it to your nearest Kohl's Department Store. (Make sure the ad includes a description of the item.) This applies to in-store prices and products only, not to Kohls.com pricing or products.

Promo Codes

Can I get a price adjustment on an old order using a new Promo Code?
No. Promo Codes are only good on new orders and may not be applied to previously placed orders.

How do I use my Promo Code?
Simply enter the code exactly as it appears in the Promo Code field located on the Preview & Payment page of the checkout process. Then, click apply to see your discount deducted from your order subtotal at the right. You may use up to 2 Promo Codes per order. To use multiple codes, enter one Promo Code at a time and then click apply after each.

Be sure to meet all the requirements of the special offer. For example, if the offer indicates you must use your Kohl's Charge, the Promo Code discount won't be applied if you use any other charge card. You'll always find details on the offer.

Remember, you must enter a Kohls.com Promo Code; we cannot accept offers from other retailers and/or Web sites.

If you forgot to enter your Promo Code during checkout, e-mail us using the option below. Be sure to include the Promo Code you wanted to enter. Or, call Customer Service toll-free at (866) 887-8884 for assistance.

Can I use more than one Promo Code per order?

Yes! You may use up to 2 Promo Codes per order. For example, you may combine a percent-off Promo Code and a free shipping Promo Code. However, Kohl's percent-off discounts cannot be combined. To use multiple codes, enter one Promo Code at a time and then click apply after each.

Senior Citizen Discount
We do offer a senior citizen discount* on selected dates and at your Kohl's store only. In order to take advantage of this special discount, we ask that participants please bring their identification for age verification. See your local store for more details.

*The senior citizen discount is not valid in conjunction with any extra percent-off discounts, including Kohl's Charge offers. Offer is valid for in-stock items only, sorry no rainchecks. Offer good on all sale-, regular- and clearance-priced merchandise. Offer not valid for price adjustments on prior purchases, to purchase Gift Cards or for payment on a Kohl's Charge account. Offer is also not valid on purchases of Kohl's Cares for Kids® merchandise or other charitable items. Discount will be taken off total transaction excluding sales tax.
