To Create an Account:

Our Gift Services will transform your purchase into a personalized gift for just $5.95 per Gift Box/Wrap. Depending on the type of item and its size, we'll box and/or wrap your gift in our specially designed paper.
You also may choose to have us Gift Box/Wrap multiple items with a common Ship-to destination together or separately. Simply check the appropriate box in the Gift Box/Wrap column. We'll accommodate this request if at all possible; however, some items' sizes, weights and other characteristics may prohibit us from packaging items together.
Additionally, some items (including vacuum cleaners and luggage) cannot be gift boxed or wrapped due to the size and shape of the product/packaging. However, these items can still be sent as a gift with a gift message and gift receipt.
Unfortunately, if your order is already complete, you are not able to change the status or order a gift receipt. However, your gift recipient may use the packing slip as a receipt.
Also, remember that no receipt is actually needed for a return, it just allows you more options for receiving credit. Review our easy Return & Exchange Policy for detailed information about your return and exchange options with and without a receipt.
To modify your order, simply click on the link to your shopping bag. There, you can remove items, update quantities, change your Gift Wrap options and more.
It's easy! Simply enter the code exactly as it appears in the Promo Code field located on the Preview & Payment page of the checkout process. Then, click apply to see your discount deducted from your order subtotal at the right. You may use up to two Promo Codes per order. For example, you may combine a percent-off Promo Code and a free-shipping Promo Code. However, Kohl's percent-off discounts cannot be combined. To use multiple codes, enter one Promo Code at a time and then click apply after each.
Be sure to meet all the requirements of the special offer. For example, if the offer indicates you must use your Kohl's Charge, the Promo Code discount won't be applied if you use any other charge card. You'll always find details on the offer.
Remember, you must enter a Kohls.com Promo Code; we cannot accept offers from other retailers and/or Websites.
Using a Gift Card or KMRC* is easy, just follow these simple steps:
1. Enter the Card Number in the first field exactly as it appears on your Gift Card and/or KMRC.
2. Enter the four-digit PIN exactly as it appears on your Gift Card.
3. Click apply.
You'll see the Gift Card's value deducted from your order subtotal at the right.
You can apply as many as four Gift Cards and/or KMRCs to your order.

Unregistered Customers: Should you wish to track your order, you may track your most recent Kohls.com purchase only. Just follow these steps:

Under Unregistered Customer Order Status, enter your Kohls.com Order Number and your Billing ZIP Code as they appear on your order confirmation e-mail.
3. Then click Continue.
Returning Customers: You may track all orders (past and present) at Kohls.com, plus view a detailed history of each order. Just follow these steps:

Click order status at the top of any page.
2.
Enter your Kohls.com sign-in name (your e-mail address) and the password you entered when you created your Kohls.com account.
3.
You'll see a complete history of your Kohls.com purchases. Click any Order Tracking Number to view the details of that order.
Note: Tracking is not available for USPS APO/FPO deliveries.
