Return/Exchange at a Store
Whether the gift was purchased in store or online, just bring the item and your gift receipt to the Customer Service Desk of any Kohl's store near you.

Return by Mail

It's easy! If your gift arrived by mail from Kohl's, you can return it by mail. Simply fill out the Return form that accompanied your purchase, pack the merchandise and receipt into a sturdy box and apply the supplied return label.


Please send all shipments prepaid and include all merchandise tags.

Gifts purchased in store must be returned in store. If you purchased your gift(s) in store, please return it to the Customer Service Desk of any Kohl's store near you.

  • If you received extra items that are not yours, please e-mail us using the option below or call us with the information from the items that are not yours.
  • If you are missing items from your order, please e-mail us using the option below or call us with detailed information of what is missing so we can reorder it for you or reimburse you.
  • If you received someone else's order completely, please e-mail us using the option below or call us for assistance with the order number from the order you did receive, as well as your order number so we can track your merchandise.
