How do I find out if you sell [specific product] online?
At this time, Kohls.com offers a large selection of the items we carry in-store. To find a specific product, use our easy Search tool at the top of our homepage at www.kohls.com.

There are two easy ways to find what you're looking for at Kohls.com:

1. Click-through. Follow the links from our homepage, to the department you want to shop, to the specific product you'd like to buy.
2. Search. Enter a few keywords, click go, and we'll find your item for you. Or, if you're looking for an item seen in our sales ad, simply enter the web code provided to go directly to the product.

If you don't find the product you're looking for, be sure to check back regularly! We're always adding new merchandise, so the item you want might be available online soon!

I want to buy an item online, but there is a "Temporarily Unavailable" message appearing at the bottom of the screen. What does this mean?
The "Temporarily Unavailable" message means that we do not have inventory on the item at this time. However, check back regularly because we're always adding new merchandise, so the item you want might be available soon!

Why can’t I find a product in your sales ad online?
Unfortunately, not all of the products featured in our sales ads are available on Kohls.com, but it’s easy to check if the product in the ad is also online! Simply look for the white arrow outlined in burgundy with the words Shop Online next to it and a web code (ex. H1720). Then, just enter the web code into our search function to go directly to the item you’re looking for.

Can you locate an online item in a local Kohl's store for me?
Most of what we sell online is available at your local Kohl's Department Store. To find the Kohl's nearest you, use our Store Locator. We're sorry, but we cannot determine in-store availability of an item for you over the phone.

Many vendors have websites where you'll be able to find contact information. We recommend searching for the vendor using an online search engine, like Yahoo or Google.

To ensure the safety of all products brought to market by American Beauty, FLIRT!, good skin™ and grassroots™, formulations and their packaging must exceed the high company standards for ingredient preservation and stability, product efficacy and package compatibility.

American Beauty, FLIRT!, good skin™ and grassroots™ employ extensive Research and Development teams at their state-of-the-art laboratories. Primarily responsible for continuous exploration of new technologies in advanced skincare and makeup development, R&D works with suppliers and leading universities where research is conducted in dermatology, skin aging and cellular biology.

All American Beauty, FLIRT!, good skin™ and grassroots™ products are tested for irritants and allergens using biological assays and human volunteers. We do not test our products on animals, nor do we ask others to conduct animal testing on our behalf.
