Can I retrieve my User ID?
If you have misplaced your User ID, please select the "Forgot your User ID?" link from the My Kohl's Charge Sign-In page. You will then be prompted to enter your account number and the last four digits of your social security number for verification purposes. After entering the information correctly, your User ID will be populated for you. You are required to enter your password to log in.

Can I retrieve my Password?

You will then be prompted to enter your User ID and answer your account verification question. After answering the question correctly, you will be e-mailed a temporary account password.

Please be advised that if your e-mail account utilizes a bulk mail folder or a spam blocker service, your My Kohl's Charge password may have been mistaken for spam. Please make sure you are allowing e-mail from MyKohlsChargePassword@kohls.com.

When you access your account online, you are able to do the following:

What is the difference between a joint owner and an authorized user?
A joint owner is as responsible for the balance on the account as the primary account holder is. Although the joint owner is able to make changes to the account, he/she cannot change the primary owner of the account. An authorized user can make purchases on the account, but is not legally responsible for the balance. The authorized user is unable to make any changes to or inquiries about the account.

Is there any time when I will not be able to view my account online?
Immediately following your successful registration, you will be able to take advantage of most of our online services. For example, you will be able to make a payment, update your profile information, and view the FAQs.

There may be a 24-hour window after successfully registering your account in which you may not be able to view your statement information. Your statement information includes viewing any previous statements and transaction details, as well as any unbilled activity. This time is required to upload your statement information to your new online account. After 24 hours, you will have full access to your account including all statement information.

    Why should I choose to opt out of receiving paper statements?
    Opting out of receiving paper statements is free, easy and secure. Choosing to receive electronic statements means you will no longer receive a paper statement each month. Instead, an electronic statement summary is e-mailed to you, thus reducing the risk of identity theft.

    This statement summary includes an overview of your full statement and highlights items such as New Balance, Minimum Due and Due Date. In addition, specific instructions are provided regarding access to your full statement details on My Kohl’s Charge. Should you want to print this statement, you may do so after logging in to your account.

    What is the cutoff time for submitting an online payment at My Kohl's Charge?
    The cutoff time for payments submitted at My Kohl’s Charge is 5pm CST. Any payment made after 5pm CST may not be processed until the following business day.

    I submitted my payment through an alternate bill payment service. How long will it take for my payment to post to my account?
    At this time, only online payments submitted by 5pm CST through the My Kohl's Charge link at Kohls.com are posted on the same business day. When you make an online payment using an alternate bill payment service, the payment may take longer to post. As a general rule please send this type of payment at least five business days before your due date in order to ensure that your payment is posted by the due date.

    I submitted a payment at My Kohl’s Charge. How can I verify that it was received?
    This information can be viewed in the account snapshot at My Kohl’s Charge 24 hours after your payment has been posted to your account. If your payment was made after 5pm CST, it may take up to 48 hours depending on the time of day it was submitted, before it becomes visible.

    You may view your pending payments at any time by selecting Payment Options followed by View Pending Payments.

    How many future payments can I schedule at My Kohl’s Charge at once?
    Customers are able to schedule two future payments at My Kohl’s Charge, up to 45 days in advance.

    If you schedule your payment more than five days in advance of the due date, you will receive a reminder e-mail that the payment is about to be withdrawn from your bank account.

    When will I receive my statement reminder e-mails?
    After registering your Kohl’s Charge account at My Kohl’s Charge you will begin to receive monthly statement reminder e-mails. These will be sent approximately 48 hours after your cycle date.

    What is my minimum payment amount to avoid a finance charge?
    To avoid a Finance Charge, we must receive your payment of the full "New Balance" by the due date.

    Some states qualify for an "Interest Free" (no finance charge) option. To determine if you qualify for this option, see the messages on your statements or view the terms and conditions provided on the credit application. To view the Card Member Agreement go to https://apply.kohls.com and click "Apply Now!" Then click on the hyperlink for the Kohl's Cardmember Agreement in PDF format. Look for Interest Free Option in the text.

    If I live outside the United States, can I still use My Kohl's Charge to pay my bill online?
    Yes, as long as your payment is submitted through an American bank account.

    My Kohl’s Charge is not accepting my e-mail address as my User ID. How can I access my account?
    Please remember that your My Kohl’s Charge User ID is not the same as your e-mail address. To request your User ID, please select the "Forgot your User ID?" link from the My Kohl's Charge Sign-In page. You will then be prompted to enter your account number and the last four digits of your social security number for verification purposes. After entering the information correctly, your User ID will be populated for you. You are required to enter your password to log in.

    I forgot my password and I am being told that my verification answer is wrong. What does this mean?
    While requesting a password reset, please verify that you are entering your User ID correctly. If you enter an incorrect User ID this could create the illusion that your verification answer is wrong.

    I am attempting to register at My Kohl’s Charge, but it will not accept my Kohl’s Charge Account number.
    When entering your Kohl's Charge Account number, please use only the first ten digits from your charge card (without any spaces or dashes). You will also find this account number on the top right corner of your Kohl's Charge Account paper statements.

    I have cleared my cache and still cannot utilize My Kohl’s Charge. What else can I do?
    There are additional possibilities as to why you may be experiencing difficulty utilizing My Kohl's Charge.

  • Please ensure that you are going directly to http://www.kohls.com and clicking on the "My Kohl's Charge" link (icon) at the top middle portion of the screen, rather than accessing this Website from a stored bookmark or favorite, which could cause navigation issues.
  • Please be sure that Content Advisor is not “Enabled.” To verify that this feature is not turned on, follow these steps:
    1. Open Internet Explorer
    2. Go to "Tools"
    3. Go to "Internet Options"
    4. Select the "Content" Tab, checking to make sure Content Advisor is not currently “Enabled”
  • Please be sure you are not trying to access the My Kohl's Charge Website from behind a firewall (such as a place of employment or a public computer). If this is the case, you may wish to attempt to log in from a different PC outside of the location exhibiting these symptoms.

    Why can’t I access My Kohl’s Charge from a bookmark or favorites listing?
    My Kohl’s Charge should always be accessed directly from www.kohls.com and not from a saved link in your "Favorites" or “Bookmarks." Accessing the site through a bookmark or favorite could pull old data instead of the most updated version of My Kohl’s Charge.

    How can I ensure that my cookies are enabled?
    To ensure your cookies are enabled in Internet Explorer, please do the following:

    1. Go to the toolbar in your Internet browser
    2. Choose “Tools” and then “Internet Options.”
    3. Select the “Privacy” tab and click on the “Advanced” button.
    4. Uncheck the “Override Automatic Cookie Handling” button.
    5. Click “OK” at the bottom of the screen to accept the changes and click “OK” again to exit.

    I am receiving the error message, “You are not authorized to perform this action” while attempting to pay my bill.
    If you are using AOL, there may be a compatibility issue with the version you are using. We recommend installing AOL Version 9.0, as this version has proven to be more reliable with My Kohl’s Charge. You can also try an alternate browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.).

    Will using AOL affect my access to My Kohl’s Charge?
    If you are using AOL and receive an “Under Construction” page for an extended period of time, please clear your cache.

    To clear your cache in Internet Explorer, click on “Tools” and select “Internet Options.” Then click on both “Delete Cookies” and “Delete File.” Close all internet browser windows, open a new browser and attempt to access the site again. If your computer has not been restarted in a long time you may wish to restart it as well.

    If this does not resolve the issue, hold the “Ctrl” key down and click the “Refresh” button in your browser.

    I received an “Apache Bridge Error” at My Kohl’s Charge. What does this mean?
    Unfortunately, when this error is received My Kohl’s Charge is temporarily unavailable. Please check back at a later time.
