Accessing Account Online

Can I retrieve my password?
If you have misplaced your password, you are prompted to enter an account verification question.  After answering the question correctly, you will be e-mailed a temporary account password.

Can I retrieve my User ID?
If you have misplaced your User ID, you are prompted to enter your account number and the last four digits of your Social Security number.  After entering the information correctly, your User ID will be populated for you.  You are required to enter your password to log in.

What information is available to me when I access my account online?
When you access your account online, you are able to view the following:
- Unbilled activity
- Current balance
- Previous 6 statements (within the last six months)
- Transaction detail (within the last six months)
- Account terms and conditions

When you access your account online, you are able to perform the following functions:
- Pay your bill online
- Generate up to two future payments
- Change your home and/or billing address
- Opt out of paper statements
- Change your e-mail address
- Change your password
- Print your statement
- Export statement information to Excel

What are your recommended software requirements for using this site?

How can I apply for a Kohl's Charge Card?
We've got three easy ways for you to apply.

1. Apply online at My Kohl's Charge.

2. Visit any one of our locations nationwide, and pick up an application. Our quick credit process will get you shopping — and saving — that same day.

3. Go to Kohls.com, click the "about us" link at the bottom of the page, click the "charge cards" link, and print out the Quick Charge Application. Complete the application and then see any Associate at your nearest Kohl's store, or mail it to Kohl's Credit, P.O. Box 3120, Milwaukee, WI 53201-3120 to have it processed.

What is the difference between a joint owner and an authorized user?
A joint owner is as responsible for the payments on the account as the primary account holder is.  Although the joint owner is able to make changes to the account, he/she cannot change the primary owner of the account.  An authorized user can make purchases on the account, but is not legally responsible for payments.  The authorized user is unable to make any changes or inquiries to the account.

Is there any time when I will not be able to view my account online?
Immediately following your successful registration, you will be able to take advantage of most of our online services. For example, you will be able to make a payment, update your profile information and view the FAQs. Unfortunately, there may be a 24-hour window after successfully registering your account in which you may not be able to view your statement information. Your statement information includes viewing any previous statements, transaction details, as well as any unbilled activity. This time may be required to upload your statement information to your new online account. After 24 hours, you will have full access to your account including all statement information.

What is my minimum payment amount to avoid a finance charge?
To avoid a Finance Charge, we must receive your payment of the full "New Balance" by the "Due Date."

Some states apply for an "Interest Free" (no finance charge) option.  To see if you qualify for this option, see the messages on your statements or view the terms and conditions that were provided on the credit application. To view the Card Member Agreement, go to www.kohlscorporation.com and on the top navigation bar, select Charge Cards.  From the left-hand side, select Charge Application to view the credit application and credit agreement in PDF format. Look for Interest Free Option in the text.
