If you have misplaced your User ID, please select the "Forgot your User ID?" link from the My Kohl's Charge Sign-In page. You will then be prompted to enter your account number and the last four digits of your social security number for verification purposes. After entering the information correctly, your User ID will be populated for you. You are required to enter your password to log in.
If you have misplaced your Password, please select the "Forgot your Password?" link from the My Kohl’s Charge Sign-In page. You will then be prompted to enter your User ID and answer your account verification question. After answering the question correctly, you will be e-mailed a temporary account password.

Yes, as the primary or joint account owner, you can activate all cards on the account. Only primary and joint account owners can activate their cards online.

What is the difference between a joint owner and an authorized user?
A joint owner is as responsible for the balance on the account as the primary account holder is. Although the joint owner is able to make changes to the account, he/she cannot change the primary owner of the account. An authorized user can make purchases on the account, but is not legally responsible for the balance. The authorized user is unable to make any changes to or inquiries about the account.
Is there any time when I will not be able to view my account online?
Immediately following your successful registration, you will be able to take advantage of most of our online services. For example, you will be able to make a payment, update your profile information, and view the FAQs.
There may be a 24-hour window after successfully registering your account in which you may not be able to view your statement information. Your statement information includes viewing any previous statements and transaction details, as well as any unbilled activity. This time is required to upload your statement information to your new online account. After 24 hours, you will have full access to your account including all statement information.
Can I update my residential or mailing address online?
Updating your contact information is easy when you register your Kohl's Charge Card at My Kohl’s Charge! After registration, you will be able to change your telephone number, residential address (no P.O. Boxes), mailing address and e-mail address.
Why should I avoid using the "Back" browser button?
Using the "Back" browser navigation button may result in the loss of data, page, or secured connection. Please avoid using any of the browser navigation buttons. Instead, only use the navigational links found on the left-hand side of My Kohl’s Charge or the links provided within the My Kohl’s Charge page.
This will prevent automatic filtering of Kohl’s Charge e-mail to your spam or trash folder.

How can I change my settings to receive electronic versus paper statements?
By opting to receive paper statements, you will receive both paper and e-mail statements. You may view or modify this setting by logging in to your Kohl's Charge account, clicking on Account Services and then selecting Contact Information.
Why should I choose to opt out of receiving paper statements?
Opting out of receiving paper statements is free, easy and secure. Choosing to receive electronic statements means you will no longer receive a paper statement each month. Instead, an electronic statement summary is e-mailed to you, thus reducing the risk of identity theft.
This statement summary includes an overview of your full statement and highlights items such as New Balance, Minimum Due and Due Date. In addition, specific instructions are provided regarding access to your full statement details on My Kohl’s Charge. Should you want to print this statement, you may do so after logging in to your account.

What is the cutoff time for submitting an online payment at My Kohl's Charge?
The cutoff time for payments submitted at My Kohl’s Charge is 5pm CST. Any payment made after 5pm CST may not be processed until the following business day.
I submitted my payment through an alternate bill payment service. How long will it take for my payment to post to my account?
At this time, only online payments submitted by 5pm CST through the My Kohl's Charge link at Kohls.com are posted on the same business day. When you make an online payment using an alternate bill payment service, the payment may take longer to post. As a general rule please send this type of payment at least five business days before your due date in order to ensure that your payment is posted by the due date.
I submitted a payment at My Kohl’s Charge. How can I verify that it was received?
This information can be viewed in the account snapshot at My Kohl’s Charge 24 hours after your payment has been posted to your account. If your payment was made after 5pm CST, it may take up to 48 hours depending on the time of day it was submitted, before it becomes visible.
You may view your pending payments at any time by selecting Payment Options followed by View Pending Payments.
How many future payments can I schedule at My Kohl’s Charge at once?
Customers are able to schedule two future payments at My Kohl’s Charge, up to 45 days in advance.
If you schedule your payment more than five days in advance of the due date, you will receive a reminder e-mail that the payment is about to be withdrawn from your bank account.
When will I receive my statement reminder e-mails?
After registering your Kohl’s Charge account at My Kohl’s Charge you will begin to receive monthly statement reminder e-mails. These will be sent approximately 48 hours after your cycle date.

What is my minimum payment amount to avoid a finance charge?
To avoid a Finance Charge, we must receive your payment of the full "New Balance" by the due date.
Some states qualify for an "Interest Free" (no finance charge) option. To determine if you qualify for this option, see the messages on your statements or view the terms and conditions provided on the credit application. To view the Card Member Agreement go to https://apply.kohls.com and click "Apply Now!" Then click on the hyperlink for the Kohl's Cardmember Agreement in PDF format. Look for Interest Free Option in the text.
If I live outside the United States, can I still use My Kohl's Charge to pay my bill online?
Yes, as long as your payment is submitted through an American bank account.
Registering your account enables you to access your Kohl's Charge online. You will be able to pay your bill online, check your balance, see recent transactions and update your contact information.
For your protection, we need to verify the information entered against the information on your account. This will ensure you are the only person viewing your account information. Never share your User ID or password.
