Gift Services
We've got you (and your gift) covered! Our Gift Services will transform your purchase into a personalized gift for just $5.95 per gift box/wrap. This service includes a gift message and gift receipt.
Gift Box/Wrap
- Kohl's gift box or gift wrap
- Sit back, relax and let us take care of your gift wrap needs! Depending on the size and shape of your gift,* we'll either use an elegantly embossed Kohl's gift box, or we'll wrap your gift item in gift wrap specially designed to suit the occasion. On all wrapped and boxed items, we'll add an attractive bow and ribbon.
*If the item cannot be gift boxed or wrapped, it can still be sent as a gift with a gift message printed on the gift receipt at no charge!
- Together or separately?
- If you've chosen to gift box/wrap multiple items with the same ship-to address, you may choose to wrap the items together or separately. Simply select Wrap Together or Wrap Separately under the Gift Box/Wrap column on the Gift Services page. (We'll accommodate this request if at all possible; however, the size, weight and other characteristics of some items may prohibit us from packaging them together.)
- Restrictions
- Some items (including vacuum cleaners and luggage) cannot be gift boxed or wrapped due to the size and/or shape of the product and its packaging. However, these items can still be sent as a gift with a gift message and gift receipt.
Gift Message
- Include a personalized, 100-character message with your gift. Offer "Congratulations," send your "Best Wishes," or say "Happy Birthday!" Your message will be printed on our special gift packing slip and tucked neatly into our pretty cream gift portfolio.
Gift Receipts
- For your convenience, we always include a gift receipt with every gift. The receipt doesn't tell your recipient how much you paid, but it makes our Easy Return & Exchange Policy even more convenient: your recipient either brings the item and the gift receipt to any Kohl's Customer Service Desk or mails it back to our Return Center, and we take care of the rest.
And don't worry: Your surprise is safe with us. We always include the gift receipt tucked inside the gift portfolio.
