Little Ones Gift Registry – Get ready to welcome your little one into the world by using our fun, fast and easy Little Ones Gift Registry.
Special Days Gift Registry – Planning a party? Make it memorable. From anniversaries to housewarming and birthdays, our Special Days Gift Registry will help you and your guests prepare for your special day.
Creating A Registry
- How do I know if I am a registered Kohls.com customer?
- If you've created a Kohls.com shopping account while visiting www.kohls.com, then you are a registered customer. That means you would have entered a sign-in name (e-mail address) and password, as well as providing your ship-to-self address and billing address.
- As a registered Kohls.com customer, how do I create a registry?
- If you've shopped online at www.kohls.com and registered for a Kohls.com shopping account, then you can create your registry in just two steps.
- First, enter the e-mail address (sign-in name) and password you used to create your online shopping account at Kohls.com. *Click Continue to sign-in.
- Then, you'll enter your event date and location information.
- If you are creating a Bridal Aisle Registry you will also have the option of entering your parents' names.

It's that easy! And, next time you sign-in to My Account at Kohls.com, your gift registry will be just a click away!
*If you are experiencing problems signing-in, make sure your e-mail address is in the appropriate format (e.g., yourname@host.com). Please re-enter your password, and keep in mind that passwords are 5-8 characters and are case sensitive.
- As an unregistered Kohls.com customer, how do I create a registry?
- If you are completely new to our Website, or if you have shopped and/or purchased from our online store but never registered for a Kohls.com shopping account, then you can create your registry in just three easy steps. Click "continue" to begin. You will then be asked to enter:
- your contact information;
- your event information;
- and create a password for your registry;
- If you are creating a Bridal Aisle Registry you will also have the option of entering your parents' names.

It's that easy! And, next time you visit Kohls.com Gift Registry, your personal registry will be just a few clicks away!
- How far in advance of the event should we register?
- It's never too early to register! We recommend registering as soon as possible to allow for pre-event parties. At the very least, register three months before your event date.
Searching for a Registry
- As a registered Kohls.com customer, how do I search for my registry?
- By signing-in at Kohls.com, Kohl's Gift Registry will be instantly available in My Account. From My Account you can view, add or change items on your gift list, as well as update your registry profile.
Or, if you choose, you can access Kohl's Gift Registry through the top navigation bar and search for your registry by name or registry number.
Either way, all of your gift registry information is just a few clicks away!
- As an unregistered Kohls.com customer, how do I search for my registry?
- Kohl's Gift Registry offers you two easy ways to search! Find your registry by name or search by registry number for immediate results.

To find your registry by name, select your role and enter at least the first letter of your first name and the first three letters of your last name. Entering your event month, event year and event location is optional; however, the more information you enter, the better your search results will be.
(Helpful Hint: If there are more than 20 matches to your search, click Continue to review these results or narrow your search by entering more information.)
To find your registry by number, just enter your registry number and the password you provided when you created your registry. A partial registry number will not yield any results.
- What do I need to know about the registry search results?
- The results of your registry search are displayed with a maximum of 10 results per page. Click Next to view the next page of results. If the registry you are looking for is not found, click on please search again, or click on your Internet browser's back button to return to the search page and try again. Once you choose your name from the results list, you will enter your password to access your registry.
Profile Information
- What do I need to know about my registry profile?
- Your registry profile contains your contact, shipping, event, sign-in and password information. You should review the information in your registry profile and take note of your registry ID number. Then, if anything in your profile is incomplete or incorrect, just click on the Edit button next to the information you want to update.
- Do I need my registry ID number?
- You do not need to keep your registry ID number, however you should review the information in your registry profile and take note of your registry ID number if desired.
- What do I need to know about registrant and co-registrant names?
- Your names are the primary way that guests will search for your registry. Make sure to enter your first and last names completely. Middle initial is optional.

If your formal and common names are different, you'll need to decide which one to enter. For example, if your common name is "Ginny," but your formal first name will appear on your wedding invitations, you may want to enter "Virginia" as your first name. On the other hand, if your formal name is "Virginia,", but everyone knows you by your middle name, you may want to enter "Sue" as your name.

Again, if your parents' formal and common names are different, you'll need to decide which one to enter. For instance, if your father's formal name is "William," but he's known by family and friends as "Bill", you might choose to enter his common name.
- What do I need to know about entering address information?

Whether you are entering a new address or updating an existing address, it is important that you enter information accurately and completely. A contact phone number is important so that we can get in touch with you with information that is specific to your registry.
When you have entered your contact address, we will create a handy address book for you to use whenever we ask for other types of addresses. (If you are a registered Kohls.com customer, your My Account Address Book will appear.) That means that any other time we request an address, you can simply select an address that you've already entered. What could be easier? Of course, we always allow you to create a new address, too.
And, if you haven't entered one already, we'd like to encourage you to enter a shipping address. This way guests can have the option to ship gifts (and gift receipts) directly to you, without seeing your specific address. Trust us, your guests will thank you!
- What do I need to know about entering a shipping address?

We encourage you to enter a shipping address so your guests can ship gifts to you! You can simply select an address that you've already entered, or quickly create a new address. This way guests can have the option to ship gifts directly to you, without seeing your specific address. Plus, your guests won't even need to request a gift receipt because we will automatically include one!
Trust us, your guests will thank you!
- How do I edit my registry profile?
- It's important to keep this info up-to-date! To edit your profile:
1. Visit Kohl's Gift Registry, choose your registry (Bridal, Little Ones or Special Days), click on Update Your Registry first to locate your registry, and then sign-in using the password you created.
2. When you've accessed your registry, click Edit, then choose Your Profile and locate the information you need to change. Then, just click on the Edit link!
- How do I edit my contact information?
- Through your profile, you can easily edit your contact information any time you want, and as many times as you need.
In fact, there are three ways to change your contact address:
- Select an existing address from your drop-down address book to use as your new contact address.
- Select an existing address, but change the info we have on file for that address.
(Note: This will change the address everywhere you use it. For example, if you use this contact address for your shipping address, the change will be made there as well.) - Create a brand-new address.
If you choose to create a brand-new address, make sure to provide a unique, descriptive name in the Address Label field as a way to name that address. Make sure that it accurately represents the location, i.e., "Mary's Apartment" or "Tom & Mary's House," and is within the 20-character limit.
- As a registered Kohls.com customer, can I change the e-mail address in my registry?
- Yes. If you've shopped online at www.kohls.com and registered with us, then your e-mail address is used as your sign-in name. So, if you change your e-mail address in your registry, remember that change when you're accessing your Kohls.com Account!
- Are registry e-mails & Kohls.com Sale Alerts different?
- Sign-up* for registry e-mails today and you'll get e-mail updates with helpful information to help you plan the perfect registry. These e-mails are unique to your event and are different from Kohls.com Sale Alerts.
*There's no obligation and no hassle; every e-mail we send you will include an easy opt-out feature to remove your name from our e-mail list. And, we respect your privacy: we do not share, sell or rent the information you provide us.
Event Information
- What do I need to know about the event date and location?
- The date (month, date and year) and state (2-letter state abbreviation) are important required fields because they can help you and your guests find your registry! They'll search by entering your name, and can narrow their search with your month, year and location. This information will also help your guests choose the correct listing from the search results page. Please see below for further information about your particular registry.
- Bridal Aisle Gift Registry: If you are getting a head start on the registering process, and have not yet chosen a date and/or location, then enter an approximate date and/or location. If this information changes as you continue to plan for your big day, then just come back to Kohl's Gift Registry and choose Update Your Registry. Once you sign-in, you can quickly and easily update your date and/or location, as well as any other information that may have changed.

Little Ones Gift Registry: If you are getting a head start on the registering process, and do not yet know your exact arrival date and/or location, then enter an approximate date and/or location. Once you find out your estimated arrival date, just come back to Kohl's Gift Registry and choose Update Your Registry. Once you sign-in, you can quickly and easily update your date and/or location, as well as any other information that may have changed.

Special Days Gift Registry: If you are getting a head start on the registering process, and have not yet chosen an event date and/or location, then enter an approximate Date and/or Location. If this information changes as you continue to plan for your big day, then just come back to Kohl's Gift Registry and choose Update Your Registry. Once you sign-in, you can quickly and easily update your date and/or location, as well as any other information that may have changed.
- How do I edit my event information?
- Select the field you want to modify and enter the new information. Remember: Your guests will find your registry with this info. Your registry will be available for 13 months after your big day.
If you have not yet chosen or do not know a exact date and/or location, then enter an approximate date and/or location. If this information changes as you continue to plan for your big day, then just come back to your profile and update this information again.
- Why should I enter and/or edit our parents' names?

Entering your parents' names gives your guests an extra way to search for your registry.
To make it easier on your guests, you may want to consider entering your parents' common names, rather than their formal names. For instance, if your father's formal name is "William," but he's known by family and friends as Bill, you might choose to enter his common name.
To edit your parents' names, select the field you want to update and enter your parent information. Remember: Your guests will find your registry with this info. Your registry will be available for 13 months after your event.
Sign-in Information
- What do I need to know about entering an e-mail address?
- When necessary, we make sure to keep registrants informed about their registries through the mail. And, we'd love to communicate with you via e-mail, too! Make sure to enter your e-mail address in the appropriate format, e.g., yourname@host.com.
If you give us your e-mail address and check "Yes! I want to Sign-up for Sale Alerts," we'll periodically send e-mail messages about our biggest online sales to the address you provide. There's no obligation and no hassle. Every e-mail we send you will include an easy opt-out feature to remove your name from our e-mail list.
If you are not a registered Kohls.com customer, you also have the option of checking "Yes! Save my information and create a Kohls.com shopping account for me!" Why is this a good idea? Well, it doesn't take any time and it makes creating future registries a snap!
Because we consider you a valued customer, you have our commitment to respect your privacy. We do not share, sell or rent the information you provide us, including your e-mail address, to third parties.
- What should I do if I forget my password?
- Don't worry! We'll give you a temporary password. This will allow you to access your account, where you'll be able to change your password — without losing any of your personal information.
Registered Kohls.com customers: Click the Forget your Password? link on the Update Your Registry Selection Results page. Enter your e-mail address you provided when you created your Kohls.com shopping account. We'll send you a temporary password via e-mail almost immediately. (PLEASE NOTE: If your password does not arrive within 24 hours, please call Customer Service toll-free at (866) 887-8884.)
Unregistered Kohls.com customers: Please call our Gift Registry Customer Service toll-free at (866) 887-8884. A customer service representative will ask for certain information to verify your identity, including your registry number and your name. You will then receive a temporary password for your registry account. (The next time you access your account, you can change the temporary password to a new, permanent password at any time.)
- How do I edit my e-mail address?
- You can edit your e-mail address at any time from your profile.
Note: if you are a registered Kohls.com customer, then your e-mail address is used as your sign-in name. So, if you change your password here, remember that change when you're accessing your Kohls.com account!
Your Gift List
- What general information do I need to know about my gift list?
- Pricing: Kohls.com prices are shown in "Today's Price" column, and prices in store may vary. Please keep in mind that items with a status of "clearance" or "limited quantity" mean quantities are limited and the selection of colors, sizes and styles per item may vary.
Items currently out of stock: An item is out of stock at Kohls.com if the description is not underlined (not clickable).
Items not available online: If you add items at a Kohl's Department Store that are not available online at Kohls.com, this will be reflected on your gift list. If guests wish to purchase these items, they can visit their nearest Kohl's Department Store.
Items selected by other guests: While shopping online or at a Kohl's Department Store, your guests may choose to purchase items that are not on your gift list. These gifts will be noted on your list as being selected by guests, with a quantity of zero in the "Wants" column. To remove an item that a guest added to your gift list, please call Customer Service toll-free at (866) 887-8884.
- How do I add, review or update registry items?
- Make sure you include everything you could possibly want for your big event! And, since everyone changes their mind from time to time, we've made it easy to update and add to your registry items anytime you wish - no matter if your big day is six months or six days away!
First, visit Kohl's Gift Registry, choose your registry (Bridal Aisle, Little Ones or Special Days), click on Update Your Registry to first locate your registry, and then sign in using the password you created. -
Adding new items to a registry: We offer two easy ways to add new items to your registry!
1. Click Your Gift List to go to the welcome page. From there, you can use our registry services menu on the left to add items for your bath, bedroom and more. -
2. Or, click on Checklist for product-specific recommendations on creating the perfect gift list. Then just click the product type to add a specific item to your registry.
Reviewing registry items: Click the description to see details about a specific registry item.
Changing the quantities of registry items: To change quantities wanted, click the Wants box, and type the desired quantity. When you've finished, click Update to view your changes.
Changing the colors and sizes of registry items: To change the colors and/or sizes wanted, click the item description and on the product page, choose the new color or size and Add to List. The new item will be added to your list. Simply remove the unwanted item (in the old color or size) from your gift list.
Removing registry items: To remove items that have not yet been purchased, simply check the Remove box. When you've finished, click update to view your changes.
Please note: If there is an item you would like to add to your registry that you saw in the store, but it is not available online, please visit the store to add the desired item to your registry. It will appear on your online registry, but will not be able to be purchased online.
- What if I receive duplicates of an item on my registry, or want to return an item from my registry?
- Our Easy Return & Exchange Policy is extra convenient. If you decide you want to return an item, or if you receive duplicates of an item, just bring the item and its gift receipt to the Customer Service Desk of your nearest Kohl's Department Store.
Or, if the item was purchased online, you can mail it back to our return center, and we'll take care of the rest.
- Can I register for Kohl's Gift Cards?
- Yes, you can register for Kohl's Gift Cards in the same way you register for any other item in our online store! Kohl's Gift Cards are available in denominations of $10, $20, $25, $50 and $100.
- What should I know about printing my registry list?
- To print a copy of of your list, click on "Printer-Friendly Version" at the top of the page. A copy of your registry gift list, complete with registry number and bar code, will appear in a new window on your screen. Simply click on "Print Now" to print this printer-friendly version.

- Use our FREE* Kohl's announcement cards. The perfect envelope stuffer for your invites! All you have to do is sign-in to your registry through Update your Registry on the Bridal Aisle or Little Ones registry page, choose Request Announcement Cards and complete the form to process your request. Your announcement cards should arrive within 5-7 business days!
*Free Announcement cards are currently not available for Special Days Registry.
