To find your registry by name, select your role and enter at least the first letter of your first name and the first three letters of your last name. Entering your event month, event year and event location is optional; however, the more information you enter, the better your search results will be.
(Helpful Hint: If there are more than 20 matches to your search, click Continue to review these results or narrow your search by entering more information.)
To find your registry by number, just enter your registry number and the password you provided when you created your registry. A partial registry number will not yield any results.
If your formal and common names are different, you'll need to decide which one to enter. For example, if your common name is "Ginny," but your formal first name will appear on your wedding invitations, you may want to enter "Virginia" as your first name. On the other hand, if your formal name is "Virginia,", but everyone knows you by your middle name, you may want to enter "Sue" as your name.
*If you are using the Wedding Wishes Registry you also have the option of entering your parents' names, which gives your guests an extra way to search for your registry.
Again, if your parents' formal and common names are different, you'll need to decide which one to enter. For instance, if your father's formal name is "William," but he's known by family and friends as "Bill", you might choose to enter his common name.
Whether you are entering a new address or updating an existing address, it is important that you enter information accurately and completely. A contact phone number is important so that we can get in touch with you with information that is specific to your registry.
When you have entered your contact address, we will create a handy address book for you to use whenever we ask for other types of addresses. (If you are a registered Kohls.com customer, your My Account Address Book will appear.) That means that any other time we request an address, you can simply select an address that you've already entered. What could be easier? Of course, we always allow you to create a new address, too.
And, if you haven't entered one already, we'd like to encourage you to enter a shipping address. This way guests can have the option to ship gifts (and gift receipts) directly to you, without seeing your specific address. Trust us, your guests will thank you!

1. Visit Kohl's Gift Registry, choose your registry (Bridal, Little Ones or Special Days), click on Update Your Registry first to locate your registry, and then sign-in using the password you created.
2. When you've accessed your registry, click Edit, then choose Your Profile and locate the information you need to change. Then, just click on the Edit link!
In fact, there are three ways to change your contact address:
If you choose to create a brand-new address, make sure to provide a unique, descriptive name in the Address Label field as a way to name that address. Make sure that it accurately represents the location, i.e., "Mary's Apartment" or "Tom & Mary's House," and is within the 20-character limit.
Little Ones Gift Registry: If you are getting a head start on the registering process, and do not yet know your exact arrival date and/or location, then enter an approximate date and/or location. Once you find out your estimated arrival date, just come back to Kohl's Gift Registry and choose Update Your Registry. Once you sign-in, you can quickly and easily update your date and/or location, as well as any other information that may have changed.
Special Days Gift Registry: If you are getting a head start on the registering process, and have not yet chosen an event date and/or location, then enter an approximate Date and/or Location. If this information changes as you continue to plan for your big day, then just come back to Kohl's Gift Registry and choose Update Your Registry. Once you sign-in, you can quickly and easily update your date and/or location, as well as any other information that may have changed.
If you have not yet chosen or do not know a exact date and/or location, then enter an approximate date and/or location. If this information changes as you continue to plan for your big day, then just come back to your profile and update this information again.
Entering your parents' names gives your guests an extra way to search for your registry.
To make it easier on your guests, you may want to consider entering your parents' common names, rather than their formal names. For instance, if your father's formal name is "William," but he's known by family and friends as Bill, you might choose to enter his common name.
To edit your parents' names, select the field you want to update and enter your parent information. Remember: Your guests will find your registry with this info. Your registry will be available for 13 months after your event.
If you give us your e-mail address and check "Yes! I want to Sign-up for Sale Alerts," we'll periodically send e-mail messages about our biggest online sales to the address you provide. There's no obligation and no hassle. Every e-mail we send you will include an easy opt-out feature to remove your name from our e-mail list.
If you are not a registered Kohls.com customer, you also have the option of checking "Yes! Save my information and create a Kohls.com shopping account for me!" Why is this a good idea? Well, it doesn't take any time and it makes creating future registries a snap!
Because we consider you a valued customer, you have our commitment to respect your privacy. We do not share, sell or rent the information you provide us, including your e-mail address, to third parties.
Registered Kohls.com customers: Click the Forget your Password? link on the Update Your Registry Selection Results page. Enter your e-mail address you provided when you created your Kohls.com shopping account. We'll send you a temporary password via e-mail almost immediately. (PLEASE NOTE: If your password does not arrive within 24 hours, please call Customer Service toll-free at (866) 887-8884.)
Unregistered Kohls.com customers: Please call our Gift Registry Customer Service toll-free at (866) 887-8884. A customer service representative will ask for certain information to verify your identity, including your registry number and your name. You will then receive a temporary password for your registry account. (The next time you access your account, you can change the temporary password to a new, permanent password at any time.)
Note: if you are a registered Kohls.com customer, then your e-mail address is used as your sign-in name. So, if you change your password here, remember that change when you're accessing your Kohls.com account!
Items currently out of stock: An item is out of stock at Kohls.com if the description is not underlined (not clickable).
Items not available online: If you add items at a Kohl's Department Store that are not available online at Kohls.com, this will be reflected on your gift list. If guests wish to purchase these items, they can visit their nearest Kohl's Department Store.
Items selected by other guests: While shopping online or at a Kohl's Department Store, your guests may choose to purchase items that are not on your gift list. These gifts will be noted on your list as being selected by guests, with a quantity of zero in the "Wants" column. To remove an item that a guest added to your gift list, please call Customer Service toll-free at (866) 887-8884.
Adding new items to a registry: We offer two easy ways to add new items to your registry!
1. Click Your Gift List to go to the welcome page. From there, you can use our registry services menu on the left to add items for your bath, bedroom and more.
2. Or, click on Checklist for product-specific recommendations on creating the perfect gift list. Then just click the product type to add a specific item to your registry.
Reviewing registry items: Click the description to see details about a specific registry item.
Changing the quantities of registry items: To change quantities wanted, click the Wants box, and type the desired quantity. When you've finished, click Update to view your changes.
Changing the colors and sizes of registry items: To change the colors and/or sizes wanted, click the item description and on the product page, choose the new color or size and Add to List. The new item will be added to your list. Simply remove the unwanted item (in the old color or size) from your gift list.
Removing registry items: To remove items that have not yet been purchased, simply check the Remove box. When you've finished, click update to view your changes.
Please note: If there is an item you would like to add to your registry that you saw in the store, but it is not available online, please visit the store to add the desired item to your registry. It will appear on your online registry, but will not be able to be purchased online.
Or, if the item was purchased online, you can mail it back to our return center, and we'll take care of the rest.
