- How does a Kohl's Gift Card work?
- To make a purchase with the card, just visit any Kohl's Department Store and present your card at the time of purchase. Or, use the card as payment during online checkout at Kohls.com. It works the same as cash, and any unused balance remains on the card until that balance is spent. Discounts are not available on Kohl's Gift Cards.

- Where do I find my Kohl's Gift Card number and PIN?
- The Kohl's Gift Card number is located under the bar code on the back of your gift card. The PIN number is the four digit number under the silver scratch-off area. Reveal the PIN number by scratching off the silver material with a coin or your fingernail.

- Check the balance of your gift card at Kohls.com. Start by clicking "Gift Cards" from the home page. Then click "Balance Inquiry" and enter the gift card number found on the back of the card. Click the "Check Balance" button to view your balance.
