A 3% discount is given to gift card subtotals between $500 and $999 while a 5% discount is given to subtotals exceeding $1000.

ACH — Kohl's will refer to the ACH transaction information you provided on the KCK Program Application Form. Upon receipt of your order request, Kohl's will fulfill and ship the gift cards. This is the quickest method of payment.

Check — Please make your checks payable to Kohl's and indicate the account number in the MEMO field. Please mail checks to: Kohl's Credit-Gift Card Department; P.O. Box 3120; Milwaukee, WI 53201-3120. Kohl's must receive the check before the order will be fulfilled and shipped.
