From participating in nation walks to volunteering at children’s hospitals, Kohl’s Associates are volunteering their time to enrich children’s lives throughout the country. And thanks to the Kohl’s A-Team program, their efforts are paying big dividends.
Through Kohl’s A-Teams, Associates form teams of five or more to support a local children’s charity. Kohl’s rewards and supports the team’s participation with a $500 corporate grant given directly to the charity.

Through Kohl’s A-Teams, we encourage Associates to volunteer their time to nonprofit activities focused on enriching the lives of children.
Kohl’s A-Team participation is matched with a corporate grant of $500.
To qualify for the grants, there must be five or more Kohl’s Associates who volunteer a minimum of three hours.
In 2008, more than 64,000 Kohl’s Associates volunteered more than 217,000 hours helping Kohl's donate nearly $5.6 million to support their efforts.
