• Event time, date, location(s)
• Event attendance (both participant and spectator if applicable; annual versus per-game/event city if applicable)
• Attendance specifics when available (e.g., family, children/youth, female base, etc.)
• Audience demographics (e.g., family, gender participation, etc.)
• Event exposure for sponsors — typical areas of interest include Website exposure, media campaigns tied to event publicity, direct mail components, on-site sponsor development (e.g., signage and sampling, program or brochure advertising, etc.)
• Current event sponsors/partners
• Samples of event materials/photos
