| Kohl’s
A-Team
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is the Kohl’s A-Team program?
A: The Kohl’s A-Team is an opportunity for our Associates
to work together to benefit a children’s charity in their
community. When at least five Associates volunteer a minimum of
three hours to support a youth-oriented organization, Kohl’s
will donate $500 to that charity in recognition and support of
their volunteer efforts. For each additional location with a team
of five, it’s an additional $500!
Q: Why did Kohl’s create the A-Team program?
A: Kohl’s Associates are generous individuals who
donate their time in their communities. Kohl’s created the
A-Team volunteer program to honor and reward their hard work,
and to create an incentive for even more Kohl’s Associates
to get involved and volunteer.
Q: What types of organizations do Kohl’s A-Teams
support?
A: Kohl’s A-Teams support a wide variety of child-related
organizations and causes. From the United Way to local schools
to children’s hospitals, Kohl's store Associates are lending a
hand and demonstrating Kohl’s commitment to helping kids
in the communities we serve.
Q: How can organizations be considered for support by
a Kohl’s A-Team?
A: If your youth-serving
nonprofit charitable organization has 501(c)(3) tax exempt status
and would like to invite a Kohl’s A-Team to participate
in your next volunteer opportunity, please contact the store manager
at your local Kohl’s store. Use our store locator to find your nearest Kohl's store. For more
information, review How to Work with a Kohl’s A-Team. |
