ANNUAL REPORT ON FORM 10-K
MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis., March 21, 2008 — Kohl's Corporation (NYSE:KSS) announced today that it has filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K, including complete audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended February 2, 2008, with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").
