KOHL'S ANNOUNCES EXCLUSIVE LICENSE AGREEMENT
FILA SPORT® Branded Apparel, Footwear and Accessories to be Sold Exclusively at Kohl’s Stores in Fall 2008

MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis., November 13, 2007 — Kohl’s Corporation (NYSE:KSS) and Fila Luxembourg S.a.r.l. today announced a multi-year licensing agreement naming Kohl’s as the exclusive U.S. retailer of the FILA SPORT® collection. The collection will feature women’s, men’s and children’s apparel, footwear and accessories and will be available in Kohl’s stores nationwide and on Kohls.com in fall 2008.

The FILA SPORT collection will include apparel for women, men and children, accessories (including hats, wallets, bags, sunglasses, watches, belts, sports equipment and umbrellas) and footwear.

Kohl’s will collaborate with Fila on apparel and accessory product design and lead the manufacturing, production, distribution, sales and marketing of the FILA SPORT collection for these products. Fila will collaborate with Kohl’s on the FILA SPORT branded footwear product design and will lead the manufacturing and production for these products.
