KOHL'S CORPORATION ANNOUNCES FILING OF ITS ANNUAL REPORT ON FORM 10-K

(NYSE: KSS) announced today that it has filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K, including complete audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended February 3, 2007, with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").
